• Bedrooms: Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms including a Master Suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable Double bed, and the third room is equipped with a Full-over-Full bunk bed.

• Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms stocked with starter essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Need to Knows):

• Bunk Bed Safety: To ensure guest safety, please note the top bunk in the third bedroom is located near a ceiling fan. We recommend this bed for children or smaller guests only, and the fan must remain off while the top bunk is occupied.

• Multi-Unit Property: This home shares the lot with a separate guesthouse (casita). Each has its own dedicated entrance and private indoor space. You will not come into contact with other guests inside your residence; however, you may see them in the driveway or at the shared pickleball court.

• Amenity Access: While the basketball court is for your exclusive use, the pickleball court is a shared community feature for both units on the property.

• Authentic Home Character: This is a well-loved home in a historic district. While we have performed extensive modern upgrades, you may notice some minor "character" marks in the flooring or older fixtures as we continue our ongoing maintenance schedule.

• Neighborhood Vibe: Located in an eclectic urban area, you will be close to amazing nightlife and dining, though this also means you may encounter typical city sounds.



Guest Access:

Check-in is entirely seamless via a secure keypad. You will receive your unique door code prior to arrival. Dedicated parking is available in the on-premises garage and driveway.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. Please contact the host to confirm the amount; it is fully refundable as long as the property is left in good condition.

• House Rules: To maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Pet-Friendly Living: We welcome your well-behaved furry friends! To help us keep the home allergen-free for all guests, we do charge a non-refundable pet fee (please message us for the specific rate based on your stay length). We simply ask that pets remain off the furniture and are never left unattended in the home unless crated.
