We were a very last minute booking as our original booking fell through 12 minutes prior to check in. We are grateful this property was available! We loved the modern decor, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our family, and the pool and hot tub and entire back yard were so nice! We really enjoyed our stay. I do wish we could have been closer to my brothers house in Phoenix but since we had to make a last minute decision we just looked for availability that met our other criteria. And this property met our criteria plus had a lot of extras!

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, as communicating with the host proved extremely frustrating due to slow responses and missed meetings. And although the house was advertised as freshly remodeled, this was not the case, and we found it not even reasonably clean. A few examples; there was an unpleasant odor immediately upon entering, the couches were not clean, the floors were not clean, and the showers were not clean. And a few examples regarding general maintenance, the kitchen sink faucet was almost completely detached from the countertop and would flop around during use. The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet every time the door was opened. Every time the HVAC system ran, it blew smelly air. Some of the kitchen chairs were dangerously unstable. And regarding lighting and flooring, there were lights missing bulbs, bulbs that were burnt out, and there were large gaps in between the floor planks. And regarding the spa, which was unusable – the water was smelly and murky, and the spa’s electrical disconnect switch wires were exposed, posing a serious safety risk! Ultimately, after the HVAC stopped working, we had to leave. Given all the issues we experienced, we cannot recommend this property.

The property was newly remodeled and centrally located to services and freeways. The management team was right on top of all of our needs.

Great, centrally located home!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend of spring training games, and it was perfect for us. We went to games to the east and to the west and the longest trip was 25 minutes. The house was clean and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and comfy living room. We didn’t have a chance to test out the hot tub or putting green, but I did knock some rust off my pool game.All in all, a great stay and we’d love to come back here in the future.

Weekend getaway

Ashley was a great host. We were the first to stay after her remodel, the house was quite dusty still from the all the work that had been going on but overall it was comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend. I would recommend this rentals to others.

It was perfect. Great weather for the hottub. 20 min from all the locations on itinerary. We even took a day trip to Mexico.

Charming house in Paradise Valley

Had a small issue with the AC not turning on at arrival on the first evening in the house. Property manager got it sorted out quickly. Other than that, it was smooth sailing and no other problems the entire trip.

Homey Haven

The property was very well kept inside and out and had a homey feeling, almost like a shore house. The only negative was the heavy scent of some kind of cleaning spray or Febreeze. The hot tub was wonderful and we had fun on the putting green once we got the clubs.

Perfect Phoenix Gem

A very lovely remodeled home with everything you could ask for. Very comfortable beds and bath towels; a wonderful hot tub to enjoy every evening. Full kitchen with plenty of amenities. Very comfortable living room couch and tvs in all rooms- comfortable open floor plan. Easy check in and easy to find property. It was everything we needed as we were in town for a family wedding- just perfect!

The house has everything it needs

This house was able to accommodate 5 adults and 1 infant. I was pleasantly surprised to find a playpen and a booster seat that my son was able to use to nap and eat. We lost wifi for a little bit, but the property manager was able to fix that. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience

I did not stay at house. Property manager did not get me check in instructions, (and did not answer emails, calls, or texts neither) until 2.5 hours after check in time when I was already driving back home, which was hours sway. I had special weekend planned with my son and his siblings before he deployed. There was no compensation for their mistake except to offer me 50% off next rental. I will not give money, even if discounted, to anny home owner that uses this property management company. Awful experience and Vrbo was not help either.

Poor Communication

Property manager: clueless and very unaware of the status of the property, communicated off the app, had multiple numbers for contact. I had to ask ahead of time for both check in and check out instructions. Active work is being performed on this property. The owner is trying to convert the backyard detached stuido into another rental. As long as you notify guests that work is being performed, most guests would not have any issues. The crew onsite was painting throughout the property including the exterior trim of the main house that I stayed in. Painting was done while we were all in the backyard including children & above my vehicle without any notice, drop cloth, or sheeting. Paint drops were found all around the car on the ground. A hose was run across the front of the house entry and carport the entire stay which was a tripping hazard. This is a new rental and I hope communication between the host and guests improves.

Good Location, Well Kept Home

Visiting Surprise, Tempe and Scottsdale, so this house was centrally located for us. A renovated home in a nice neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out and three nice sized bedrooms, though tight bathroom in main bedroom. Appreciated touches like plenty of Kleenex, hand lotion and shower liquids. Couches and beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. New thermostat to keep temps in a comfy range. There were a few things that could be improved. We received pre-check-in notification with door code, but not whether we could arrive early, like we had asked. I messaged via the app the day before, then texted the morning of. We finally received confirmation 30 minutes before we arrived. Outdoor space is nice, but hot tub was not at temperature when we planned to use it, so had to figure out controls to up the temp, which meant we couldn't use until next day. The controls had messages saying filters were due for replacement and there was another floating filter that seemed to indicate it needed to be changed too. Not all jets worked! My son was excited to use the putting green, but the "golf clubs" and balls provided are for toddlers - plastic and about 2 feet long. Would be nice to have printed house info - didn't get check out instructions until evening before. Finally, and not under control of owner - neighbors have small kids that play outside, screaming, for hours. Not fun to try and sit in the hot tub with that next door! Overall, good stay for our needs.

Nice, updated house

Well updated, nice place overall. Hot tub and pool table, small backyard. Small living room perfect for a few people. Checked in to a freshly cleaned house that was well stocked with paper products and other misc items.Bedrooms were a good size. Master bedroom bed has a dent in the middle so we kept rolling into each other. Might need to be flipped or replaced. Bed was comfy. Linens were nice and comfy. Master bathroom is newly updated, but very tiny. Be ready to bang your elbow or head moving around. Shower was well done. Main hall bathroom was large and updated. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms.We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen but it did look like it was very well stocked, clean and organized. Only issue was the counter ice maker - had mold inside so we didn't use it. The only issue we had was a lack of communication. At booking (6 months ago) I sent the host a message asking for recommendations and received no response. On the check in day I sent a message asking if we could get in early - no response. On check out day we had ZERO information telling us what we needed to do. Neither the host or VRBO had any messages or details. It was annoying, but didn't really effect our stay overall (we were there were just for two days visiting family).Location and neighborhood was okay. Unfortunately one of the neighbors felt the need to rev engines and tear out of their driveway both nights (once was midnight, once at 2am) we were there.
