Property includes private beach access at Sunset Beach, and pool access at the large Lagoon Pool. Beach service chairs can be rented through La Dolce Vita. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Experience all the incredible amenities our home has to offer. Step inside and be welcomed into a charming living space that feels like your “home away from home.” Relax on the cozy couches in the family room, or enjoy your favorite movie on the large flat-screen smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Gather around the dining table for great food and lively conversation with loved ones. Unwind on the large front porch, sipping a cocktail or enjoying a hot cup of coffee, while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

As the day winds down and you prepare for the next, retreat to the second floor, where you'll find generously sized bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king bed and an expansive bathroom, featuring dual vanities, a walk-in closet, a glass shower, a jetted tub, and a private water closet. The suite also opens up to a screened-in porch with comfy seating. The secondary master bedroom offers another king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the same screened-in porch. The third bedroom, also with a king bed, has its own ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination and leads to a private balcony overlooking the front yard. Children will love their own special hideaway in the third-floor tower room, which includes a twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV.

"Take Your Blues Away" is just a short walk from The Village and Peddler's Pavilion, the heart of the resort community. Spend the afternoon exploring local shops and boutiques, or enjoy a meal at one of the nearby restaurants. Great for the whole family!!

This house is the best! 3 master BR’s and a 3rd floor “princess tower” for two granddaughters worked for everyone. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We stayed a full week, it might consider a month sometime.

Great house and great location

The property was very clean, in excellent condition and quite spacious. Location is great in that you can walk to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. My family’s vacation here was excellent!

Family beach vacation

Very nice property. Plenty of room for family with 6 adults and 1 infant. Well equipped kitchen. The bikes were fun to use. Host was very responsive to questions. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Only suggestion is that the porches could use a good cleaning/refresh and updated furniture

Wonderful stay at Port Solaris property in Seacrest Beach, FL on 30A (adjacent to Rosemary and Alys Beaches). Huge community pool and tram service to pool/beach. Easy walk/bike to Rosemary Beach shops/restaurants, shops at Seacrest Village, and Alys Beach.

A very comfortable and lovely home.

We loved our stay at Port Solaris it's value is unmeasurable. The entire area and the people on 30A are the best. The bike paths take you everywhere, one word for it , "Nice".

Amazing

We stayed from mid Jan to mid Feb and this house was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils one could possibly need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids, the property was perfect for us. Short 8min walk into Rosemary Beach shops, 10mins to beach and less than 5 mins to Seacrest shops and amazing pool. We will be back next summer

Beautiful, Cozy Beach Home!

We had a wonderful time in Seacrest Beach staying at this property! The pictures don't do the home justice as it was much more beautiful and spacious than we expected in person. With 6 adults and 2 children we had plenty of room to relax. The tram access to the beach and pool area were great! We will definitely be returning!

Great house! Great location!

This house is well stocked, perfect location and felt like home as soon as we walked in. We could walk to dinner or ride our bikes into Rosemary or Alys Beach. The property manager was wonderful to work with and responded quickly with all of our questions. We would pick this house to stay in again and again! We give it 12 out of 10!!!

Loved the house and it’s location!

My husband and I loved the house and it’s proximity to Rosemary Beach. This was our first trip to the panhandle and it did not disappoint!!! We enjoyed taking the short walk to the beach everyday. The stroll through the neighborhood was super enjoyable and made the trip to the beach a fun adventure. We also took daily walks to the shops at Rosemary Beach - so many great restaurants there! Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

The home was absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The pool was within walking distance. The tram was easy to maneuver, and the bikes were such a fun way to spend the evenings. The property provided 2 and the rental service to rent additional bikes was great. It was an absolutely perfect stay - no one wanted to come home!

Fantastic!

We had two families in the house and not only had plenty of space, we had everything we needed to cook meals and keep everyone occupied. The kids loved the bunk room, the adults loved the outdoor space, and the bikes were a bonus. Highly recommend this home!
