SEA-REST!! Relaxed 4br 4ba home, POOL and close to the BEACH!

Welcome to Sea Rest, a quaint one level Florida Cottage located on the Private quiet portion of Seacrest Beach. Please note the house is being renovated. there will be a bunch room where the last king room is now. two twin/full bunks will be there and the 5th room is now just storage. There will be 1 king. 2 queens and 1 bunk room.

Our home is nestled in a quite part of Seacrest where you can enjoy a walk around the beautiful neighborhood or a cat nap on the porch. You can also go for a swim in the 12,000 sqft pool! This is the largest pool on 30A and one of the largest in the state of Florida. Next to the pool is a large grassy amphitheater- home to concerts, movies, sports, and weddings. Head to the adjacent Village of South Walton, where restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are available to make memories with the whole family. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

Pull right up and enjoy.. No running up and down steps your entire vacation or waiting on the elevator.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size beds. The back of the house faces the preserve offering a private & quiet setting. 10 ft ceilings throughout and a cathedral ceiling in the living room finished in oak.

Features include a 60' LED TV with surround sound above the stone fireplace and Blue Ray DVD, granite countertops in the galley kitchen and stainless appliances. Full size ice maker in kitchen for your trips to the beach. Hugh community pool is 2 minute walk and beach is 5 minute free tram ride from the front door.

Bedrooms have transom style windows and carpet. Baths are all ceramic tile and granite counter tops. Two bathrooms feature large walk in showers.

Seacrest features tons of amenities and the largest pool in NW FLA only heated by the sun. and sits directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and all of it's amenities.

We provide all linens and bath towels, guest to provide own beach towels

No Pets, No smoking, Must be 25 or older to reserve.

Guests are responsible for any cancelations or requests to cancel. Under no circumstances will we, Soft Shores Vacation Rentals LLC, initiate a cancelation or process a request to cancel a reservation. The guest is responsible to 100% cancel their own reservation if they wish to receive their proper refund.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER.
