Welcome to North Conway! This well-lit townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, offering four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Abundant natural light floods the space through large windows and high vaulted ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere complemented by a striking stone fireplace in the living roomâperfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring the White Mountains. The lower level features additional entertainment with a Foosball and Air Hockey table.
LIVING AREA
The living room is both welcoming and cozy, furnished with plush seating, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. Ample natural light enhances the space, and a spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen provides ample space and comes equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious meals at home. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter.
BED & BATH
This residence comfortably accommodates ten guests across four bedrooms.
- The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV.
- The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with a Smart TV.
- The third has a queen bed with a Smart TV.
- The fourth has two twin beds (basement level) with a Smart TV.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and extra seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreational activities.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
Occupancy & Booking
*Minimum rental age: 25 years old (photo ID required).
*Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total.
*Only registered guests are allowed on the property â no outside visitors, parties, or events.
*All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
Parking
*Maximum 2 cars per unit (only one in front of the unit).
*No parking in front of other units, on roadways, or fire lanes.
Quiet Hours & Conduct
*Quiet hours are every night from 10 PM to 7 AM. Deck noise is not allowed after 10 PM to 7 AM.
*Please keep conversations at a respectful level.
*No illegal activities (including drugs or internet use).
Smoking & Fire Safety
*No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vapingâ also donât discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans.
*No fireworks, open flames, or fire pits allowed.
Outdoor & Common Areas
*Pool rules must be followed (posted at pool entry).
*No outside food/trash storage or items hanging over railings.
*Gas grills only (provided by owner) on back decks.
Pets
*No pets allowed for renters â no exceptions.
Other Policies
*If you break or damage something, please let us know to arrange for its replacement or repair.
*Please dispose of trash properly. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and weâd like to keep it that way
*The property is monitored by an outdoor camera facing the driveway for security.
Violation Policy
*Rule violations may result in $50 per day per violation. $400 charge if smoking occurs.
*Police/fire calls may result in surcharges billed to the owner.
