This charming residence, built entirely of stone over 30 years ago, offers spacious, well-ventilated, and extremely cozy environments.

The social area features a dining room with a large table, ideal for gathering everyone around the table, as well as a comfortable living room equipped with sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing moments.

The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, plus two extra single mattresses. It has a shared bathroom.

At the back of the property, there is an independent auxiliary suite, equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, ensuring more privacy.

The outdoor area stands out for its barbecue, a large veranda with hammocks and tables and chairs for relaxing, as well as a large area with trees, ideal for moments of socializing and tranquility.
