Great place to stay

Came for the Alabama State Track Meet in Gulf Shores and Morgan's Bliss was the perfect place for our team. Prickett Properties made everything easy to book and they made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

READ THE FINE PRINT: At the top of the listing it says heated pool. When we called because it wasn’t heated the lady (Amanda) was rude and said we have to pay 65 per day to turn it on. I feel like for the price they charge per day, a heated pool should be included. We ended up paying for it and the men that came to turn it on were very nice! Had a leak under the sink and the men that fixed it were amazing and fun! Also master bedroom tv doesn’t work. I would definitely recommend this place, just be prepared to pay extra if you want to swim. And avoid calling the hateful help line! It’s a beautiful home!

This place is beautiful. It's very close to the water and that's great with kids wanting to go back and forth. The two refrigerators and ice maker were great to have. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome house

We stayed at Morgan's Bliss. This was the second time we've stayed with prickett properties and was very satisfied both times. House was clean, beds comfortable everything was awesome. Booked with Nikki she was great to work with and everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Will stay with them again. Thanks for a great vacation.

What a beautiful place. It's right on the water making it perfect going back and forth to the pool with the kids. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The 2 refrigerators and ice maker are a big plus. They do not skimp on towels, yay. I would definitely recommend

The beach home was beautiful and very accommodating. Very spacious, we loved it! There were a couple of glitches, the electrical outlets in he kitchen on the cook stove wall kept throwing the breaker and the garage disposal leaked under sink cabinet. We reported both to Prickett. We would absolutely book this home again.

I think this is a beautiful BRAND new home. However, for the amount of money you charge for cleaning you all either need to get a new cleaning service or come & inspect it after they claim to have cleaned it. The baseboards, especially the kitchen was filthy so filthy it was noticeable without even looking. The walls were damaged from people busting the chairs into the wall & the paint coming off from where the trash can is located. This house is only 4 months old & not being cared for properly. In a year it’s going to be trashed if the owners don’t make some major changes to cleaning & maintenance. Also, our fans, lights & TVs kept having issues coming on like the breakers kept switching(so annoying). I was so excited staying here prior to coming because of the house being just built m, but I must say I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning & appearance(a little touch up paint does wonders).Communication leading up was great so no issues there. Cleaning has to improve!!!!!

Prickett is a very bad property management company. For a house that cost over3400 per day, you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, not near enough for a house that sleeps 21 people. You only get one dish rag . Two dish towels, one garbage bag , one dishwasher pod , and no spices even salt and pepper. I would advise to rent from someone else. I wonder if the home owner knows how Prickett treats the renters.
