Open Concept Living Space: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, a welcoming living room with ample seating, a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large picture windows framing breathtaking scenery. The dining area seats 6, with an additional 4 stools at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor Living Space: Step onto the spacious decks from multiple entry points. Features include a gas grill, outdoor fireplace, square hot tub, and plenty of seating—perfect for soaking in mountain views year-round.

Laundry Room: Located off the rear entrance, complete with 2 full-size washer and dryer sets.

Guests have access to the whole house including the garage. There is a development clubhouse that guests can use with a swimming pool, hot tubs, game room.



The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy the Black Hills! You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabins, minutes from downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails and 10 minutes from Deadwood. The development is paved and it`s very easy to access!

This is a vacation home area with a shared Clubhouse you can use. The amenities at the Clubhouse include outdoor heated pool, seating, outdoor firepit, game room and community kitchen.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.
