Located just one block from the beautiful bay sunsets, and 3 blocks to your toes in the sand...

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The sunlit living room invites family gatherings around the sectional sofa, perfect for morning coffee or cozy movie nights. Just beyond, the dining area offers the ideal space to share a home-cooked meal or takeout from one of Ventnor’s favorite local spots. From there, step onto the front porch, where soft ocean breezes and relaxed conversations linger long after sunset.

Head back inside and walk toward the back of the house and you`ll find the sizable kitchen, equipped with high end appliances and a large kitchen island with additional seating. You`ll also have a personal coffee station with plenty of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar to get the morning caffeine boost we all need! Through the kitchen back door, you`ll get to the private, fenced back yard which boasts a large back patio, additional tables and chairs for more seating, a brand new weber grill awaiting the summer BBQ you`ve been dreaming of.

Back inside, walk up the steps to the spacious second floor. At the end of the hall you`ll find the spa-like primary bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A spacious glass shower and double vanity ensure everyone has room to refresh and recharge. Plush towels, warm light, and thoughtful touches make this space your personal retreat.

When you need some rest, there are 3 sizable bedrooms, plenty of closet space for all of your belongings. Each bedroom has room darkening shades to ensure quality sleep. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the `purple` bedroom and a fantastic balcony where you can catch nice views of the sunset and bay!

The separate cottage offers a private retreat for extended family or friends, complete with its own living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two cozy bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom features both a trundle and futon for flexible sleeping arrangements, while the living area invites relaxed evenings with movies or board games after a day by the shore.

To the left, you`ll see the garage which stores many beach chairs, beach wagons and all of the gear required to make your stay easy.

Entering both the main house and the cottage requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom in the main house are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. The half bathroom is on the main floor and there are two additional steps between the living area and the dining area before reaching the half bathroom and kitchen areas. The cottage has a first floor bedroom and a second floor bedroom and the full bathroom is located on the second floor. It requires two steps to get into the front of the cottage, but no steps to get in through the back door.

When you stay at an Elite Host Property, we purchase a damage waiver for before each booking. This waiver covers you up to $1,500 in damages and we use this in lieu of a security deposit. Because of this, if any accidental damage happens during your stay, please let us know so we can keep our property running smoothly!
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
