Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.

Booking and Payment Policy:
A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and credit card validation are required.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.

The property was very clean and updated, with plenty of space and functionality. The appliances and bathrooms were well appointed, and there were plenty of dishes and kitchenware if you choose to do any cooking. The location is convenient to all of North Myrtle, while being able to maintain a sense of separation from the downtown crowds. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

The unit was very nice and spacious. The only drawback was the steps as we are older. I should have asked if there were elevators. Next time I will ask for the 1st floor occupancy

Everything was great. The newly renovated furniture, interior paint, and appliances were all new. Being a corner unit, it had lots of windows, letting in plenty of sunlight. I highly recommend it, and it was the best value for the money.

Communication with Wavecrest Beach Vacations was easy and timely. The condo was recently updated and beautifully decorated. The deck was roomy with a nice view of the golf course. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen, for the most part was well equipped and had two coffee options. A regular coffee maker if you wanted a full pot and a Keurig if you only wanted a cup. Appliances were new and very nice. A couple of minor issues. No pots in kitchen for cooking. We went out and purchased one and left in condo. So now, there is one pot. The listing indicates it is a 2nd floor unit, but it is on the 3rd floor which means 18 more steps. It is a corner unit, which is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The condo was perfect for our family and very clean. I would just recommend leaving a broom and dustpan in the future, so guests are able to sweep up after themselves.

Overall this was a very nice condo. The floors didn't seem very clean, like the cleaning crew just glazed over them. There was some dirt and the window sill in the kitchen. I kept the property manager in the loop of this to pass along to the cleaning crew and they were very responsive and willing to send a cleaning crew over right away to make things right. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hello, the place was spacious and two bedrooms and two bathrooms as stated. When I got there the place was not very clean. Both bathrooms had hair everywhere, the rug in living room had crumbs all over it, underneath the couch was all kinds of crumbs. There was a vacuum in the closet, so I was able to clean this up myself. One thing I would like for people to know. The rental does have a full kitchen, and with a full kitchen one would anticipate a full set of cooking pots and pans. This is not the case. I was staying for over 2 weeks, so I was cooking and using the kitchen several times a day. It has 3 different sizes of pans (2 small ones and one larger pan) and one pot. The pot was not very big at all. When I inquired about getting a full set of pots, the owners did not want to provide it. I have been renting places on VRBO for 15 years, and I have never rented a place that had a full kitchen that did not have a full set of pots and pans for cooking a complete meal. This was very odd/shocking to me. I also think it's important to know that there is not a hot tub on the grounds of the condo. It is located at the resort where the salt water pool is that is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the property. The property is a very quiet property, and being in a condo you never heard the neighbors next to you, which was very nice.

Had a few issues. Coffee pot broke and had a dirty comforter. We had a new coffee pot in 30 minutes along with 3 cups of coffee from Starbucks. Brought a new comforter before the end of the day. We played in a national womens golf tournament. This location was perfect. Half mile from the Dye course and even closer to the other 3. Nice place, nice pool. If i went back to Myrtle Beach, i would definitely book there again. Things happen but it's how they respond that matters.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented a Condo in Barefoot Landing for two nights and we are very happy with the experience from start to finish. The unit itself was very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and "beachy" furnishings. The living area and master bedroom were roomy and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials needed for cooking. In addition, the Wavecrest staff was there for any questions or concerns we needed. (We had car trouble that may have caused us to stay longer and they were right on top of finding us another unit if needed.) We will definitely be back to Barefoot Landing.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area, convenient location! Rental was exactly as described. We did receive text messages upon arrival and were told "we are only a message or phone call away". When I left a message about our departure, it never was returned. When I called the phone number a few days later, I had a prompt response. All that being said, we had to go out and purchase hand soap for each bathroom as well as facial tissue as none was provided. Are we unusual for washing our hands after using the bathroom?? The toilet paper and roll of paper towels that was provided was very poor quality so we went out and bought our own of that as well. Supplying a nice quality of amenities goes a long way and is part of the price of doing business. A blanket was pulled from the master bedroom to use that had a tuft of long black hair folded into it which did make us question the cleanliness of the (apparently) clean linens.All in all, we would recommend this property to a friend, but know that some additional charges will be at your own expense.
