If you want to feel like youre home, go ahead and book. The place is nice and clean. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking to spend a lot of time on the boardwalk. Beachfront is recommended if you dont plan to drive. Unit number is in the picture.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a lovely walking trail with views of the golf course and lakes. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of activities available. We didn’t have time to check out the pool this time, but we plan to do so on a future stay. The hosts were great at communicating with us. We plan to stay there again when we are in the area.

Loved staying at this property! It was our dogs first ever vacation, and she loved being there, getting to walk around the neighborhood and meet other dogs, and how much people in the community seemed to love her! Having a pool just steps from the unit was a HUGE hit for our son, and it was never really crowded. The pool was always clean and cool enough to get out of the heat, but not so cold you couldn’t stand to be in it. We did visit the larger pool you have access to and it was super nice, as well, but we spent more time in the one near our property. We also really enjoyed the screened in balcony with golf course views, very relaxing and a good place to read a book and drink your morning coffee! The condo itself was super spacious and clean, and having the washer/dryer and designated place to take your trash made things very convenient. Being able to use the grill by the pool was very nice, as well. Everyone in the community was welcoming and respectful! Love the convenience of the location to other attractions and food, but the peaceful feeling of not being in the middle of it all. The fountains are a nice touch, especially at night when they are lit up. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a good little place to stay. It's a nice quiet community area with access to a pool if wanted. It was pretty clean and smelled decent. This is not a place that has a lot of accommodations, so don't forget your personal hygiene products. There were plenty of blankets and pillows for extra use. The washer/dryer in the unit is a great accommodation to have. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was a nice place to come back to after a long day out. The screened in porch was a nice thing to have as well. If you're a golfer, this is the place to be.

Family visit

I have stayed in this unit in the past when it was managed by someone else who received a 5 rating every time. This time I was not able to access the internet. I contacted the managing party at least three times and was not able to get an answer. Also the bath mats are a fall hazard. There is no rubber backing and my spouse got his feet caught up in one and fell into the tub. Thankfully he was not hurt. Sorry say I probably will not teto

Nice Condo

The property was well maintained and clean. Well furnished and homey. Nice local pool. Downsides were very thin walls. We couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom because the neighbors had their tv on all night 1st night and 2nd nights had a very loud mechanical noise, like a generator coming from an adjacent condo. Also vape smells pouring in from Nextdoor, probably also attributed to thin un insulated walls. The other downside is property management didn’t communicate how to access the main attraction pool located in the complex. We didn’t get to use it because it wasn’t in the check-in email with all the other information. They did respond to my inquiry about how to access the main pool but about 14 hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you’re a very sound sleeper.

While some building limitations like wall insulation are unfortunately out of our direct control, your comments are helpful, and we’ll be passing them along to the HOA for further evaluation. Regarding the pool access, we apologize for any confusion. Your message about the main pool came in around 9:00 PM, after pool hours, and we responded first thing the next morning at 8:30 AM. We’ll be updating our check-in instructions to include pool access information more clearly in the future to help avoid this issue for other guests. We genuinely value your input and are always working to improve. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
