Fun Time

We enjoyed the condo, it was super clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The property was well kept; we enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts.

Great Location and Property

This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Other than that the property was great. Rich Feinberg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. This unit needs to have a bigger tv in the master bedroom. Need to have good spatulas for turning food. Not enough towels, shampoos and soaps. We should not be paying $30 for parking.

Great Beach Stay

Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was great! The resort is a little off the beaten path, so quiet. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. Other amenities were also great. Our teens loved the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo could use some updating. The carpet was very dirty. We were nit even comfortable walking around bare foot. The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. We would return to Land's End in the future, but probably look for a different unit.

Although we are disapponted that the beach has physically become smaller over the years it is still a peaceful place to stay. Over the years the number of people who don't live at the property have increased and using the beach...but for the most part it is still a nice beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always easy to work with Resort Rentals. They are friendly and efficient. The unit was very clean, the view was perfect. There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

It was suggested for us to leave room for about 4 hours so cleaning crew could clean carpet. Had 2 towels for the week. Bathroom floor was dirty. My husband has cancer. Coming into a dirty condo was very sad. Will not recommend

Great location, unit needs to be updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Land's End, great location and property. This unit however needs to have some upgrades. The carpet was stained in LR and ripped in the second bedroom. The Master bathroom needs to be completely updated. Mold in the shower, old tile etc...All the flooring throughout the unit should be upgraded. Time to bring the unit up to date.Kitchen disposal didn't work, dishwasher doesn't completely drain. The stairwell coming up to the 4th floor had both sets of lights out.We still highly recommend Land's End. But will choose a different unit next time.

Thank you for your feedback from this condo, we appreciate you letting us know and we did have both our maintenance and housekeeping take a look at these listed items. All of our condos are privately owned with some carrying more updates than others. Condos that carry the most recent updates will be found in our premier category and we have quite a number to choose from throughout our inventory should you want to take a look at those! Outside of that, we are glad to see that you enjoy the community as a whole and we look forward to having you back!!

Perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an absolutely great time. The unit 7-406 ist a beautiful condo, very clean and a super location with a view to the Gulf. We will definitely return and try to get the same condo. The owner checked twice with us to see everything is OK.
