Land’s End est situé sur l’île au trésor, au bout d’une péninsule, et est entouré de 3 côtés par de l’eau; la voie navigable Intracoastal à l'est, un passage au sud et le golfe du Mexique à l'ouest. Cette communauté regorge de commodités pour que tout le monde soit diverti! Grande piscine chauffée, 2 bains à remous, terrain de volley-ball sur sable, courts de tennis et de pickleball, barbecues au charbon de bois et belvédère pour vos dîners à l'extérieur, une promenade qui entoure la communauté pour vos exercices matinaux, jeu de palets, accès direct à la plage et tout ce qui se trouve à l'intérieur cette communauté magnifiquement aménagée. Excellent Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was very updated and had everything you could need. The location to the beach and pool was very close and convenient. We were traveling with someone with mobility issues and had no problems navigating this unit comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

Things I loved...things I hated

2 weeks in February. Very clean, great location, close to pool. Both beds were terribly uncomfortable, as was the couch and chairs. By the end we were talking about needing a chiropractor, for that reason I wouldn't book there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation went pretty smoothing, but had several issue. The tv’s in the bedroom were not working. No cable in the spare room, just a tv for vcr’s? Bedrrom rewmote didnt work, staff had to come out 2 days to get fixed. The furniture i. The living room was not as stated in the picture. The 2 seats are not comfortable and bery old looking. The screen to the patio was not impact and could not have patio door open.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so disappointed with my rental. After spending a huge price, the unit was not worth it. The screen was torn, the latch on the pation door was loose. The closets were dirty. There was no blanket for the hide a bed. There were no beach towels no hairdrier. The kitchen was sparse . It was not as advertized . Not worth the money

Sand sand everywhere there’s sand

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the size of this place. Lands end is a great location during COVID allows social distancing. There were some updates that could have been done and some that should have been done (ie. paint and spackle the wall where it was written on the wall). Loved that the owners had a fully stocked kitchen. The resort rental did a nice job of making us more comfortable about traveling during COVID, by doing a double disinfect on the place. Loved that our car was in the shade when parked on property. Also liked that the property had visible security. Thank you for offering this place loved it! If you want a lot of things within walking distance this is not the property for you. But I would and did recommend to a friend.

Beachfront - could use some updating

I am not sure if the cleaning team changed, but our place was pretty dirty upon arrival. Also, this condo was pretty outdated and dingy. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on the chairs. Also, I thought it was odd that we've been loyal customers for some time and after we booked our stay, we received an email for a % off our stay. When I inquired, I was told it was for unbooked guest...wouldn't you want to keep your loyal customers and treat them with discounts...seemed like the opposite of good customer service. We plan to return to Florida, but not sure we will stay at Land's End.

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay. We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with the condo that you chose to stay in for your last visit and if anything was not up to par as it should be upon your arrival, we will be sure to look into this and thank you for letting us know. We do send out different coupons and specials that we are running throughout the year, unfortunately there is not a set time for these to come out, they are all promotional items that are done at different times of the season. These coupons that get "blasted" out are designed for new bookings only and, like any other specials, do have certain restrictions. We do not have an across the board discount to provide outside of these as all of the condos are privately owned residence with different owners. We are sorry if you thought this was opposite of what you thought it should be. Thank you again for this feedback.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Lands End for 24 years. This unit 4 times. Although some upgrades have been done, it needs a lot more. At least 6 of the vertical blinds don't work, as reported last year. The couch is well beyond its useful years. Very uncomfortable to sit on. The blankets for the bed look like they are from WW2. The balcony door can't be locked. The light in the master bathroom is so dim it is almost useless. Found a fair amount of areas that had not been very well cleaned upon our arrival. The "vent" in the small bathroom is useless. Just look inside. One of the mirrored doors in the rear bedroom is still broken, as reported last year.

The Lands End location is very beautiful and relaxing (this is our 11th visit to Lands End). Although, this was by far the worst of our condo experience. The bed was literally sagging with a very old, very broken down mattress (better suited for a European hostel). Vacations are meant to be relaxing and refreshing--pretty hard to accomplish without a good night's sleep. Also, it looks like the last time this unit was remodeled, Reagan was in the White House. Never again will we book unit 203 building 11. Too many other good units to pick from.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Lands End since 1989 in many different units, including 11-203 in the past. Several years ago we chose to not return to 11-203 because the unit was not properly cared for. Was assigned to this unit in 2014 and found some of the same type inattention. Examples: bathroom door won't close properly, many vertical blind slats didn't operate or fell off, doorbell didn't work, some furniture needed attention. We are still satisfied with Lands End and there are some features in 11-203 that meet our needs but this unit requires some owner attention.

Nice location but....

Problems with the a/c, but it was fixed quickly. “Beachfront” was blocked from view. Security guards were very strict. There were so many rules about everything. Will not stay here again.

Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean but the handles on the bedroom closet and patio door were broken. Not enough towels or linens. The two single beds in one bedroom were so old an worn they were banana shaped. You have a view of the ocean starting at 1000 yards out with vegetation blocking the bottom half of the view, yes, it faces the Gulf but you really can’t see much. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The owners of this condo obviously have not been there in years and it shows. We will not return.

Nice place, PERFECT location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place, and prime location! Condo was tucked away at the end of the beach, which meant you didn't have to fight for a beach spot even during the busy week of spring break. The condo was clean and pretty well kept, just needed a few repairs overall for it to be 5 star worthy. Loose screws on the slider made it a little tricky to open/close, broken dresser drawers in the master weren't functional, but we made the closet space work. You can't beat the short distance to the beach though, and the pool was also very nice. Wished we could have used a keypad to check in, instead we had to pickup and drop off keys at their office location. A little inconvenient when getting into town at 11:00 pm after a long travel day.

Update 2022: New owners have completely remodeled this beach front condo during Fall season 2021! All new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and furnishings. This beach front condo is stunning, the owners did an amazing job! Thank you Kristin for reviewing your stay at Land's End Beach Resort. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Thanksgiving vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach and overall property was great. The condition of the unit was poor. Furniture in poor condition, pots and pans were disgusting, we had to buy new pans. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and then we even received a call from the management asking if a realtor could show the unit as there was a key box on the door. We should have to deal with such nonsense during a vacation.

LOVE LAND'S END

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Land's End Condo's, but would not stay in Unite#203 again, I prefer something higher so you can see the beach from your balcony. Management was very accomadating and was right there when we could not get the TV's to work. Beach is fantastic for morning strolls and pool is very refreshing and clean.
