House was very nice. Recently updated with lots of amenities. Huge windows with beautiful views. Plenty of room for our large family - especially at dinner time. The dock is very convenient if you have a boat or kayaks. You can easily paddle around the inlet for fun or even to a few nearby beaches. Would definitely rent again. We do wish that kayaks and some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, etc) were also provided.

Great place. It's a little snug between two other houses, so you just have to be a more conscientious of your neighbors. The layout is a teeny bit odd where you've got this big beautiful room up on the second floor that is more of a sitting room. Might be good for certain times of the season, but probably not ideal for the summer unless you have kids who you want to separate from, you know they can go downstairs and the family area with the TV and the adults can go up in the sitting room to hang out. Mostly we spent all of our time in the kitchen which is a beautiful kitchen. Two dishwashers is more awesome than I ever would have realized. Bathrooms were all high-end and really nice. Beds were comfortable.

I stayed for more than 5 weeks in the spring of 2026 in the house and saw the growing plants and lawn through the big windows on every level of the house......it was a great start into the summer season....I likedvery much the openess and space of the house. The interior was perfectly designed with nice furniture......I enjoyed my time there very much. Also rhanks to Isabeau für the hospitality and the perfect communication

A terrific property that was top-end from all perspectives. It was clean, spacious, modern and homey. Had a great backyard and plenty of room inside and out to relax alone or with friends and family. We loved the location and will absolutely come back. Thank you!

Amazing property

Really awesome spot. Great views, on the lake very clean property. Easy to access. Close to awesome door dash options in downtown. Martha’s brewery across the street for food and beer. Easy drive to the ferry. Perfect for big groups.

We were surprised when we were required to submit identity information 3 days before we arrived. We had paid months ago. They wanted us to submit photo and other private information to some AI company to confirm identity. Also, we arrived 45 minutes early and it took 20 minute for them to finally let us in. They seem obsessed with security. Lots of rules

For VRBO reservations, we do require identity verification because we process the reservation payment directly. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure intended to help protect both our guests and the property. Verification is completed through SuiteOp, a legitimate guest-management platform, rather than an unknown AI service. Regarding arrival, the reservation’s scheduled check-in time had not yet begun when you arrived. We’re always happy to accommodate early access when the home is ready, including arranging it in advance when possible. Because this request was made upon arrival, our team first needed to confirm that housekeeping and property preparation were fully complete before providing access. This helps ensure guests never enter an unfinished home and that our onsite team is aware before someone arrives early. We appreciate the feedback.

Great Home

We had a family emergency and needed a home that accommodated our large family. This home was perfect for us; clean, great location and plenty of space for everyone. The property management team was fantastic in accommodating our needs on short notice and was quick to respond to our questions.

If your looking for a nice peaceful place to stay in Cape Cod this is your spot. First this house is ABSOLUTLEY incredible. Located on the water with inlet for boats. The home is fully stocked with all your needs. It's location is perfect for getting to where you need to go. Beaches are very close by and town is as well for all shopping needs. Restaurant's are all around you with a variety of choices. The home is IMMACULATE!!!!! the first floor has big living room area with kitchen that is amazing. Sliding glass doors give you access to the peaceful backyard which has plenty of seating plus big table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as solo stove type fire pit. The second floor has big windows that allow you to continue to enjoy your views. There is a deck over the garage here as well. Two bedrooms found here with AMAZING private bathrooms for each room. Third floor has two more bedrooms with private bath as well. The owners of the property are the nicest people you will meet. So very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to any questions you might have. They suggested a beach called Craigsville beach which was perfect. Nice sandy beach with showers and changing areas as well as food. Parking lot is very big and water is clean and sandy bottom We had been vacationing in the area for a few years but needed a bigger house as our family grew and so happy we found this. I can go on and on but you need to experience this for yourself and I hope you do.
