A Beautiful Lakefront Home Perfect for Making Memories!
Welcome to ALL-Sport Arrowhead Lake Private Beach-Front Home a stunning lakefront retreat overlooking Lake Arrowhead (also known as Buhl Lakes). This updated vintage lake house offers 2,700 square feet of living space and 174 feet of private lake frontage—plenty of room for the whole family to relax and play! With its ideal location, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, ice fishing, and sledding, or simply unwind and take in the serene surroundings.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to snowmobiling and ORV trails right outside the door, with parking available for haulers right around the corner. I am able to fit two trucks and about 6 snowmobiles on the plowed driveway due to how much snow we have received this year so you can calculate driveway space from that detail or send me a message if you have questions. There is additional parking in front of garage but you would need to get over a bank of snow - for experienced riders should not be an issue however, if you are new keep this in mind. For ski lovers, cross-country trails and downhill ski resorts are just 15–20 minutes away. In the spring, you can hunt for morel mushrooms, and in the fall, take in the breathtaking foliage.
Community Amenities:
Guests have access to a heated in-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day), a pavilion, multiple playgrounds, and a basketball court—all just a short walk from the house. Kids especially love these options! We also provide two kayaks, a paddle boat, an aluminum rowboat, and life jackets for lake adventures. You can fish right off the dock or jump into the lake for a swim. Two mountain bikes are also available for exploring the trails.
The cottage’s shoreline features a grassy area with a sandy-bottomed lake, perfect for wading. Relax in the hammock nestled among the trees, or enjoy the large lakeside paver patio with a bonfire pit for stargazing, sing-alongs, and marshmallow roasting.
Spacious and Comfortable Living:
The home’s main floor features a 60-foot balcony with spectacular lake views, complemented by a matching lower-level patio. With two large family rooms on separate levels, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to spread out and enjoy their stay.
Bedrooms:Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed, open directly onto the deck through large door walls, offering breathtaking views of the lake.
Two downstairs bedrooms, each with two twin beds, have large windows framing serene lake views.
A queen-size sofa bed in the lower-level family room provides additional sleeping space.

To ensure a restful stay, bed features have been upgraded to luxury mattresses from brands like Avocado Green, Ghost, and Nectar—because a good night’s sleep is essential for a great vacation.

The dining room is spacious enough to accommodate all guests, with additional outdoor seating available on the balcony and lower patio.
