Ski in Ski out Gateway Condo. Parking couvert

Ce condo 2 BR superbement situé est à la base de l'ascenseur Peachtree à Crested Butte Mt. Recours. L'unité # 103 est juste à côté du bain à remous et du patio commun avec barbecue. Notre condo a récemment été mis à niveau pour inclure de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des draps, des téléviseurs et une décoration intérieure.

Profitez des belles vues sur le mont Crested Butte depuis les grands balcons. Sortez par la porte d'entrée et descendez 1 volée de marches pour commencer votre aventure de ski / snowboard.

Parfait pour les petites familles ou deux couples qui souhaitent une escapade rapide. À prix modéré et entièrement meublé, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Avec des vols directs depuis Dallas, Chicago et Salt Lake City, vers l'aéroport régional de Gunnison (à seulement 30 minutes), commencez à planifier vos prochaines vacances au ski.

Notre unité est gérée professionnellement par CB Enterprises ... pas l'une des grandes sociétés de condos qui fait des promesses mais ne tient pas ses promesses.

Beautiful and steps from the slopes!

We so enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful condo with all the amenities and an excellent view. Right by the hot tub, ski locker and the lift, couldn’t be closer!! We felt it was the best condo location wise in Gateway. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the week. Would love to stay here again.

Great place! It’s exactly as advertised… true ski in ski out. I feel like we got every bit if not more value for what we paid. The place felt very welcoming and homey. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality place to stay in an excellent location.

Great skiing

Unit was great, next to begining lift made it super easy to walk out ski to that lift then ski over to the main lifts. Anyone that didn’t ski could enjoy watching the kiddo’s learning to ski and board.

Great ski condo!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and it was a great location right next to the ski lift! We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The owners were very responsive and had excellent communication when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Ski Trip 2024

This is a wonderful property and very convenient to the slopes. My friends and I enjoyed our stay as much or more than any previous ski trip over the past 15 years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great “on-slope” experience ! This mountain has great terrain and the town has lots of Victorian charm.

We had a great stay. Nice place and excellent view! With the large porch we thought there might be more chairs outside? Also, I know it’s POA hot tub, but it wasn’t available when we were there.

Perfect Spring Break

The condo was just right!!! Great view of the mountains while sitting by the fire. Kitchen had all we needed! Loved the location to the lift! Wendy communicated before, during and when it was time to check out. We hope to stay there again.

Excellent slopeside condo at Mt. Crested Butte

The condo is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a wonderfully convenient location about 50 yards from the base of the Peachtree lift, and only a short walk from the central ski area base. Communication with owner Wendy was timely, clear and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic trip

The condo was so super convenient for skiing. Heaters worked well, new carpet, comfy sofa and chairs. Loved the ski racks and plastic boot mats. We spent the afternoons sitting on the 2 sided porch watching the kids sled! We will definitely stay at Gateway again!

Amazing location on the mountain

The Gateway is our favorite property at Mt Crested Butte. The location is the best. Unite 103 was perfect for us- every detail we needed was provided. It was extremely comfortable- with top quality beds and linens and a well stocked kitchen. We made a fire every night - and enjoyed the comfortable couches to relax after a full day of skiing. The view from the wrap-a-round balcony is perfect to watch skiers come down at the end of the day, and the hot tub is just steps away from the unit. We will definitely be staying here again!!

NYE at Ski in/out

Perfect location to hop on two different lifts (peach and west wall) that aren’t as busy as the main two right at the base. Ski Locker and hot tub are in ideal locations. Fireworks show for NYE at the base was awesome and well done by CB staff. Master bed was really comfortable and bedding was very cozy! Parking garage is only 6’10” as a heads up to anyone with a rack or large truck. But if you can fit, that garage is a wonderful amenity to this property - warm for vehicles and has an elevator. It snowed well over a foot during our stay and the property staff as well as the city do an amazing job with upkeep. I would loveeee to have had the real fireplace when I got off the slopes! Maybe next time!

Beautiful Ski-in Ski-out Condo!

My husband and our 2 teens stayed here for 6 days in early January. The condo was recently remodeled and everything is comfortable and gorgeous! The views and convenience are exceptional - I could step out on the balcony and see my family come down one of the closest slopes! You are steps from one of the lifts and even the unit’s ski locker is very convenient to the slope entry point. We came back to the condo for lunch everyday. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break 2024

This is the coziest condo right on the slopes...Includes a hot tub 10 steps from the front door and a wrap-around balcony in the back that faces the whole mountain. I don't ever stay anywhere else and this place seems like a second home for us...Oh yeah, did I mention that James and Wendy, who manage this property, are the best on the mountain! They are quick to respond if a problem ever arises, which is seldom. Thanks for having us !!

Great location!

We had a blast. Best part was the ski in ski out location of the condo. My 3 adult kids, who are avid skiers, stayed with me here for a long weekend trip together. The condo had everything we needed and the real fireplace every night was so relaxing to sit around in the living room. The hot tub is steps from the condo and we enjoyed sitting in it each evening after skiing all day. If location to lifts is what you’re looking for, this place is awesome. And the hosts are super responsive and helpful with anything you need. Would totally stay here again!

Great winter wonderland vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The location of the condo was ideal at the base of Peachtree lift. It made for convenient ski in and ski out especially for the kids. The owner was nice to accommodate other requests we had. The one level condo was ideal for closeness and great family time. We cooked most all of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the entry way to unload our skis and boots each day. The weather was gorgeous!! We loved our Crested Butte Vacation!

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location whether going to Crested Butte or staying on the mountain. Beds were comfy. The condo has a great layout. We had 2 cars and the unit only allows 1 car to be parked in the garage. Had to park downtown CB....and find parking that would allow cars parked overnight. Wish we had received a little more direction on where to park. The place we found worked fine. Hope to stay here again. Ginger Armstrong

Great Location!!

We absolutely loved this condo!! Awesome location. Your only a few steps down to the hot tub/sauna and ski locker where you ski out!! The condo was well furnished, super comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked (even had a spice rack). Living room was spacious with a huge kitchen table for us to eat. Lots of natural light and beautiful wrap around views of the ski slope and mountains. We had only one question and James & Wendy quickly got back with us. Very nice people!! We will definitely book this place again!!

2nd time to stay here!

Great location on the mountain. Close to everything. Great condo! Furnished with every thing we needed. Comfortable beds. This is our 2nd time to stay at this condo. Managers Wendy and James are the best. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. Wendy stepped in and took care of all the changes to my relief. So easy to work with.
