Cuisine entièrement approvisionnée et équipée, salon et salle à manger ouverts, planchers de bois franc et de carrelage à travers les espaces de vie avec tapis dans les chambres et balcon privé avec sièges Un condo parfaitement simple à un bon rapport qualité-prix avec un emplacement parfait! S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE: Le balcon privé de ce condo a une vue obstruée de l'eau. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans cette propriété, seulement des escaliers pour y accéder.

Poorly maintained condo. Dirty floors, broken furniture, master bath vanity broken, toilets that kept running. Mattresses bedding and linens all need to be replaced. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

Great Location!

Just a few blocks to the beautiful beach, a couple blocks from a pharmacy, and several blocks from a grocery store, restaurants, and other local businesses. It was perfect for us. The pool was all ours on most days. It was quiet and we slept great each night. The condo was cool, clean, and had everything we needed. We visited with our seven-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son. They shared a bedroom and we slept in the other. We loved it and would certainly stay here again.

This place smelled of mildew so bad we bought candles and febreeze to use while there. There are no ceiling fans and very limited lighting. Bedding was very old and the 2 single beds were just weird, we initially thought they were air mattresses so I checked and they weren’t. The king bed has a nice big hump right down the middle of the bed. Water pressure was terrible. This place needs updated and carpet in bedrooms taken out. Could potentially be a real cute place with some updates. It was close to the beach and shops so the was nice.

Nice property and accessories. We'd stay again if we come to the area. A few things to fix: 1)couldn't get the living room TV to access cable. (Did in bedroom). 2) Master bath - outlet didn't work.

We loved the condo. Would stay again. We liked the location on the intercostal, saw dolphins and one manatee. It is 2 blocks to the Gulf beach. This condo is good size. Took me a couple of days to figure out remote control for TV so some directions for that would be helpful. Everyone we met was very friendly. Resort Rental seemed easy to work with. I liked that they text you the door code so I didn't have to write it down also would be nice to include address in that same text. Thanks

Trip in June 2020

The condo is run down, all the appliances very old dirty and don’t work properly, AC off/ on by tself and sometimes get up to 85 degree inside the condo. All dishes , silverware, pans pots very disgusting because dishwasher is not working very welll. Walking distance to the beache is about 10 minutes, the pool is not clean neither. Overall I very disappointed with this location, TVs very old style and not working, pull out sofa bed is broken, can’t sleep on it, mine kids have to sleep on the floor for 2 nights, towers has blood stains on it, so nasty. Anyway I stayed there for 2 nights and feel sorry for my kids so I have to booked somewhere else to stay. I’m so regret to booked this condo and I do not recommend anyone to stay there

We were there for three days Fri-Mon and I called 7 times for help and never recieved a call back.

Pillows had blood on them I have pictures! The couch was half broken - springs in beds were pertruding out/slanted on one side 100% was afraid to even sit on that side. 3 light bulbs out in bathroom! Couldn't use that bathroom at all! Beds were so old and uncomfortable. We were all in severe pain and could hardly walk in the am. Hair dryer didn't work.Garbage by the pool was over flowing with bugs!! Had to evacuate on Monday - We had no local news in the middle of a hurricane! Called 7 times for help with the code, tv, lights etc....never once did I get a call back! This was the worst experience I have ever had in Treasure Island - stay there one to two times a year!

Perfect location to all restaurants and bars.

The place could use some updating. The master bed was very uncomfortable and kitchen only has the bare minimum equipment. The pool was perfect and the temp was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recieved the check-in instructions by sat noon, which we confirmed with the info about a late check-in/key pick-up. Conclusion at 11pm-all provided informations for key pick up were wrong.A call to emergency contact clarified the situation and gave the right property door key pin.We recieved an e-mail by wed. noon, with check-in instructions! Different information than in the sat. informations.No general property instructions recieved exept the post on the refrigerator.The property has a perfect location, but it is old and not a lot of renewed within the last 13 years. Not enough hangers for 4 people (7 hangers for 4 people). Light bulbs were defect. No wifi at the pool area.

The location is very good! Clean pool area on Boca Ciega and close to beach.

Looking at vrbo in the area this was a good price. Two bedroom two bath was good! The balcony view does give you some view of boca ciega water. There is a fishing dock if your wanting to fish. There’s three separate residences here with full time living. I believe the rest are rented out. Never had any issue with neighbors or other issues. The condo could use some updates and touch ups. The carpet areas need deep cleaned. The furniture is older. Having a washer and drier is AWESOME. Three minute walk to Publix or Walgreens. Plenty of restaurants and stores in short walking distance. The pool becomes shaded after 4 Pm but then yiu have time to walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets.

Reviewer Comments: In all we were satisfied. There are a few things I would wanna point out. There were 5 of us staying there for 7 nights, we didn’t have enough toilet paper and there was no soap to to do laundry. Also there were no pillows for the pull out couch and only 1 blanket. Not to mention the pullout couch was like sleeping on springs. But I will say the location is perfect, my kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the pool was nice and warm. The unit was plenty big enough and very homey. I will definitely go through resort rentals again. Our overall experience was great 😊

We apologize for the misunderstanding of what is provided upon arrival, we supply a starter kit (laundry soap is not one of the items). We could have helped with more pillows and blankets. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time! Love Treasure Island!! The Amadeus is a great building in the perfect location. Be aware that there is not an elevator in this building. Unit 6 is slightly outdated and could use a bit of TLC.

Amadeus 6

We rented at the last minute due to family illness and this place was a steal. We had an issue with WiFi and called the property manager. Problem was fixed in no time. Great view from our balcony and super close to the beach. Red tide posed a problem but we drove to Clearwater beach and had a great time. No fault of the property owner. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay for a week long vacation. Everything was ready and clean for us. The pool and the view were everything. The luxury of having the beach supplies(chairs/umbrella) made going to the beach accessible, easier and stress free. Thank you, we will be coming back soon.
