Our Vacation rental offers an unparalleled experience for guests seeking tranquility and adventure in the great outdoors. With four cozy bedrooms, including three king beds with ensuite bathrooms and a room with
two queen beds. This excellent property offers all the comforts of home. The bathrooms are equipped with convenient amenities like a hairdryer, there are two showers and one bathtub.
Another half bath is located in the middle of the house.

There is a south facing front porch for sun lovers, and a north facing covered rear deck for cool afternoons looking over the river.

We're currently working on a permanent safe path to the riverbank a short walk away. Once down to our private riverfront guests can try their luck fishing or have a campfire.
Or guests could even spend a night under the stars if they are looking for more of a camping experience by the river.

Guests need to remember the river level can fluctuate quickly over night, and there are very strict burn bans during wildfire season.

A short term river flow forecast is available online from the Army Corps Of Engineers.

With the local boat launch less than a half mile upstream this property is perfect for fly fishing this "Blue Ribbon" fishery.
Not to mention rafting, canoeing and kayaking.
There are several local fishing guides and a rental business for all your river floating needs.

Turner Mountain ski area is 22 miles away, for the "steep and deep" powder skiers and riders.
Snowmobilers can find riding areas in all directions.
Hunters can find hunting areas in all directions.

Lake Koocanusa is 17 miles upstream, The lake is 90 miles long with private beaches all over the place.

It's an easy half mile walk into the city center, for shopping and restaurants.
