Hi Matthew, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Rotonda West, Florida home and leaving a review. We're glad to hear that you found the kitchen to be nice and well-equipped, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms satisfactory. -The cleaners take pride in making sure that the home is clean upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. - Regarding the coffee options, we appreciate your suggestion for a regular coffee machine in addition to the espresso machine. We will certainly consider this for future improvements. - Regarding the pool size, privacy, and mold concerns, here are clarifications: The pool is 22 feet long, set to 85 degrees, but external factors like weather can impact temperature. There's a 65-foot distance for privacy, and there's no black mold on the curtains or in the house. - We would also like to take this opportunity to address our strict no-pet policy. We found pet fur on the carpet immediately following your departure so we are saddened that our policy wasn't followed. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
