Enjoy your vacation in the peaceful Los Pinos complex, located across the street from the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Run and next to a Free Ride bus stop that will take you one stop to Beaver Run and the base of Peak 9. 3 bedroom/3 bath condo only a few blocks from Main Street. Private heated one car garage and room for one in front. On-site complex hot tub. Two private balconies offer views of pine trees to the east or the mountains on the west side. Sleeps 10.

âą Main level third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, flatscreen TV and private deck.

âą Parking: Guests are allowed to park one car in the private heated garage and one directly in front. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options.
âą Ski-in/ski-out location across the street at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports).
âą In the summer, hike the Sawmill Reservoir trail from the Snowflake lift or connect to the miles of trails surrounding Breckenridge.
âą One outdoor on-site hot tub located at the end of the complex
âą Access to neighborhood clubhouse (1/2 mile away) with hot tubs and outdoor pool is open seasonally (closed in spring and fall, open in summer and winter).

âą Across the street from the BlueSky Lift ticket office and Charter Sports ski rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!)
âą Easy access to Beaver Run; hop on the free bus at the Grand Timber Lodge bus stop just around the corner and take it one stop to Beaver Run. Bus runs every 15 minutes.

Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding the potential effects of high altitude.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
