Every single check-in goes through a thorough professional cleaning, so this definitely doesn't reflect our usual standards. While we couldn't get the clear photo evidence we asked for at the time to verify the cleaning issues, we've still used your feedback to tighten up our routine and ensure the cleaning crew double-checks every corner moving forward. Regarding the functional issues you mentioned, our team actually jumped on it and fixed those broken items right away during your stay. Had we known about the missing towels, we would have dropped some off instantly too! We always do our best to resolve things on the spot when they are brought to our attention.

We truly value all guest feedback as it helps us continue to improve and provide better experiences for everyone. Our goal is always to ensure guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. Regarding the concerns mentioned, we would like to clarify that no prior issues have been reported about cleanliness or parking at the property. There is street parking available directly in front of the property, and it is generally free and accessible for our guests. If any difficulty had been shared during the stay, we would have been glad to assist immediately and take necessary steps to support you at the time. We remain committed to maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, space, parking, and amenities in the home. During your stay, the only issues reported to us were with the door lock and lighting, and we immediately sent our maintenance team to address them. We did not hear of any other concerns during your stay. After your checkout, our property manager visited the home and found everything in order. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we can resolve them promptly. We appreciate your comments and will continue working with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure future guests have the best possible experience.

Hi Mikel, Thank you for your feedback. This is unfortunate to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points: our nightly rates are automatically determined based on market trends, the size of the property, and comparable listings in the area. Regarding cleanliness, we did not receive any complaints or photos during your stay, except for the AC concern raised on your last night. In response, we promptly sent our maintenance technician the next day to replace the filters, even though they had already been changed just a few weeks prior. We aim to be transparent with our guests and hence we mentioned about prior servicing. We perform regular lawn care and trash management. However, it seems there may have been a brief delay in trash pickup during your visit, which we are investigating with the trash pickup service. Our toiletries are stocked to standard hospitality levels and have not been a point of concern in past guest stays. As for the furniture, we understand style and comfort can be subjective—many of our guests have found the furnishings comfortable, as reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews. We also want to clarify that the message you received after checkout is an automated request for feedback sent to all guests. It was not intended to imply any expectation of a 5-star review. We value honest feedback, even when it’s critical. However, your review appears to scrutinize several issues that were never communicated to us during your stay. Our team does a careful inspection after check-out and except the filter change, we were not able to validate the remaining claims. Lastly, we provided a partial refund as a goodwill gesture for the AC inconvenience, even though the issue was raised at the very end of your visit. We take guest satisfaction seriously and are always striving to improve. Best regards, Tahmeed & Family

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that the home was exactly as advertised, accommodated your large group well, and provided the space, bathrooms, value, and convenient access to DC that you were looking for. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and responsiveness. We appreciate your note regarding the home showing some signs of wear from hosting larger groups. Our team regularly reviews the property and continues working on updates, repairs, and refreshes to keep the home comfortable and well maintained for future guests. Your feedback is very helpful as we continue improving the guest experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime.
