The Space:
This is a cool two-level space on the 2nd floor for peace & quiet. The condo features all hard tile floors. Downstairs, as you walk in, you will see a half bath off the fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes etc that opens to the living room and patio to the outside.
The stairwell leads to the master bedroom with a connected full bathroom and private patio overlooking the lawn below. In the hallway, there is a stackable washer and dryer—very handy after the beach or so you can go home with clean clothes.
The 2nd bedroom features adult-sized bunk beds with double-sized mattresses that is a perfect kids bunk room or can be used by adults on the bottom bunk. There is a main bathroom upstairs as well in addition to the mentioned full bath off the master bedroom. We provide an airbed & for extra sleeping space; please bring bedding though if you plan on using. Additionally, there is a small couch and larger couch, but they are not pull-outs.
A maximum of 8 people is allowed, including infants and children though sleeping space isn’t truly set up for that unless kids coming
The privacy of having 2 levels is great if you have night owls who want to stay up while others rest, or teens who want to stay up late downstairs + privacy factor. This is one of the largest 2-bedroom condos you will find at 1200 sq ft on South Padre Island.
The Habitat complex, where Unit #25 is located, is at 104 E Parade Dr, just under a block from the public beach and access point. There is a year-round pool perfect for kids, as well as a sundeck on the 2nd level overlooking the pool for adults.
One drawback of the complex is not massive parking, there is one space which accommodates 2 cars parked back-to-back or 1 larger truck. There is no guest parking. If you have extra vehicles during the week there is extra parking on Gulf Blvd a City street & free, otherwise we recommend the post office.
The condo offers free parking, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi by Spectrum, though internet on the Island is somewhat spotty at times, though we have the highest speed/quality available.
This condo is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, located at 2600 Padre Blvd. We provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and trash bags, as well as basic bathroom toiletries—though they are not unlimited or replenished. Please plan accordingly & bring extras if you have a larger group or longer stays. For stays of 3 nights or more, we offer free linen and towel exchanges at our office.
Our City of South Padre Island Short-Term rental license is available upon request.
Our listing requires that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are under 25—exceptions may be possible with additional requirements.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign before arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID, or upload it to messaging to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon request.
