We’ve listened to your feedback—and we've made meaningful updates. Furniture has been replaced, repairs are complete, and the lawn is now professionally maintained. We’re committed to providing you with the best vacation experience possible.

This spacious, modern home is the ideal summer rental for families, multi-generational groups, or anyone looking to unwind by the ocean. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates large groups and is especially convenient for elderly guests, with a bedroom and full bath on the main floor.

Upstairs, enjoy a large master suite with a private deck offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Nubble Lighthouse. Also on the second floor are three additional bedrooms:

One with a full bed

A bunk room with a full/twin bunk and two additional double beds—perfect for kids or larger groups (sleeps 7 total in this room)

Rooms were just ok clean wise. However, window sills and top of stairs ledge had dead bugs and spider webs. Cleaners just surface clean. Bugs have been there for months. I'm talking lots of dead bugs. Our socks and feet were filthy when walking barefoot.

This is a perfect property for large families to be in one space. It was set up well with lots to do for everyone - there were games in the basement and lots of movies to watch. The kitchen was well equipped to cook each night. There was a ton of space around the house to separate if we needed some quiet. The value was excellent too (5 rooms at a hotel nearby would have been way more expensive). We loved the location near the Lighthouse and Dunne's too, which made for nice daily walks. Overall, would definitely book again and recommend to others.

We have stayed at this house multiple years. Love it because there are lots of areas to get away from it all if you want to. Outside porches. Inside covered ones etc. we love the downstairs play area for the kids. You name I they have every game possible. Love the yard for the dog who knows its boundries. Big enough for her to walk around some. Nice view of the nubble upstairs. Noticed they replaced the living room furniture since two years ago which just shows they care about the property. Took down a bunch of Brush and added window units. Loved how comfortable it was this year!

Great stay for a long weekend. Just a short walk over to Dunne’s for ice cream and to see the sunrise and sunsets at the Nubble. The house has everything you need to cook with, and the kids all LOVED the game room downstairs. We enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful location with plenty of space. They had all the basic supplies and linen we needed for our long weekend. If we had been there for a whole week would may have needed towels. They had small bottles of shampoo and conditioner but no bar soap. The game room was perfect place for everyone to hang out on a cold, stormy day. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms if you have a large family. The view from the top balcony was great. Being within easy walking distance of Nubble Lighthouse was a plus. Letting our little dog join us was the selling factor! I thought, for the price, bed linens should have been included (had to pay extra 300 for sheets- and you had to make your own beds), but overall, we enjoyed our family gathering!

Our family was staying in York Beach for the memorial service at sea for our parents who passed in September & October of 2025. This house accommodated 12 adults very comfortably as well. The kitchen was very well-equipped, all the beds were comfortable and we were grateful for three bathrooms! The areas to sit to visit or relax were plentiful between the living spaces, the decks and porches. The easy walk to the Nubble Lighthouse was enjoyed by all. We met some nice neighbors and dogs! Star gazing from the upper deck was amazing as was the lighthouse at night. The brook next to the house added to the sounds of peace & tranquility with the sound of the ocean in the distance. Some great memories were shared and the family time was priceless.

This house was great! Roomy, clean, great view of the Nubble lighthouse from the 2nd floor deck (and a quick walk from the house). We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of all the amenities this place had to offer (game room, fully stocked kitchen). If we ever visit Maine again, I would definately stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and appreciated the largeness of the space. We were able to enjoy a lovely week with family! We only noticed that the floors were not cleaned before we arrived, but otherwise everything was great!

Great location!

The house is nice with ample room for everyone. Lots of games in the basement for rainy days, walking distance to the lighthouse and two ice cream places.

The location of this property is as advertised. It’s a short walk to Nubble lighthouse and a great ice cream shop, and a quick drive to beaches.Aside from the location the stay was a disappointment, especially considering the price. Upon arrival we discovered the beds were not made up, and the sheets that were left for the beds were not all correctly sized. The towels were old and thin. The bed comforters and upholstered furniture were covered in dog hair. Deck seating cushions had been left out and were soaking wet. Hand soap dispensers were near empty and/or not working. The kitchen was not fully equipped for preparing a meal (lacked cutting boards, strainer or salad spinner). The most concerning finding was in the kids bunk room where the electrical outlet was loose in the wall and caused outages or shorts if lights were turned on when ac was running. We had kids with us and were very uneasy with this dangerous situation.Before the stay I attempted to obtain information such as availability of beach towels and beach chairs, and my question were not all answered. Some questions were answered incorrectly. For example I was directed to rent beach chairs, which I did, only to find stacks of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. After many pleasant stays at VRBO rentals, I realize that this property did not have the personal care and polish that owner managed rentals have: lesson learned!
