Lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Jersey City 30 mins to NYC

Our accommodations are thoughtfully organized and designed to give you the comfort of home, equipped with fully stocked kitchen, dining areas, comfortable bedrooms and living rooms.

A) The apartment
Apartments are conveniently located in the desirable Jersey City neighborhood, easy commute to New York City, super safe, relaxing yet hip and fun.

My address will be visible once your booking is confirmed. We're close to the corner of Palisade Ave and Hutton St.
Animal policy: please accept our apologies our apartment is not equipped and suitable for animals.

The apartment is on the second level, a part of a well-kept 4-family residence in the heart of Jersey City Heights. It is 20 steps up one flight of stairs from the street level, a walk-up with no elevator. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. That includes living room, kitchen, and the two bedrooms as shown on my photos.

The neighborhood is super safe and convenient. The bus to New York City Midtown (Port Authority Bus Terminal) is right at doorsteps in front of the house.

Living room features a comfortable leather sofa, a 60 inch flat screen TV.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table that seats 4, all the appliances and kitchen ware to prepare home cooked meals.

Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a sizable dresser, and two built-in closets. Second bedroom has one queen size bed, sizable dresser, and ample built-in closet space. Both bedrooms have super comfortable 14 inch mattresses

C) Supplies
Please note we provide starter-ONLY supplies (paper towels, toilet papers, soap) for the first few days. We do this to keep our cost and rent rate low hope you understand.



D) Airports and Distance
By Car:
20 min car drive from/to Newark Airport
45 min/1 hour car drive from/to JFK Airport

Public Transportation
You can use directions on your mobile device for updated info and time schedule. Plan it carefully; people dont usually go with this option given the heavy luggage in the end it's probably not worth it.


E) PARKING INFO Jersey City Heights
E1) Public Parking with a fee
Average prices are $15 for 12 hour, $20 for 24 hours, $300 per month.

E2) Free Street Parking
Day time: There's free street parking around the block. Some main busy streets have four hours limit for nonresidents
Night time and weekends: free
Please check the street sign for cleaning etc.,.

E3b) Resident Passes for free street parking:
If you stay for 30 days or more, you can get an unlimited resident pass. You would need to change your address on car registration and driver license to Jersey City.

F) Temporary Visitor Passes for free street parking
One person can get up to five passes (ONLY) per month. One pass is good for one day. Five passes are good for five days. Price is $5-$7 per pass per day.




G) Getting Around and Public Transportation
G1) By Car: Its a 15-20 min car drive to Midtown New York City (via Lincoln Tunnel)

G2) By Bus:
Bus Stop is right in front of the house that takes you right into New York City Midtown (Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42nd street and 8 Avenue).
The bus ride is usually around 25 mins depending on traffic, additional 5-10 mins or so during rush hours (7-9AM, 5-7PM).
From Port Authority, it's a 5 mins walk to Times Square, Theater District, a 15 min walk to Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth Avenue Shopping District.
You can easily catch one of the MTA (NYC) buses and/or subway trains to get around the city. New York City has the most robust and convenient subway system in the world.
