âą Outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking (friends & family) **must be disclosed & approved** and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund if not.
âą If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
âą Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
