The interior was very nice and clean. Good location. Our hosts made one error that was extremely frustrating. They took two 500 security deposits instead of one, and it was difficult to get that straightened out.

Wonderful home with space for everyone- especially when traveling with other families! Excellent communication with owner. Pool pump didn’t work while we were there but understandably they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it til following week. We cleaned it and made it do- able to use anyway- just wasn’t as ‘clean’ as it would be if pump working. Owner was absolutely amazing and amenities at the home were top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a smooth check in and check out. Everything was clean. The house was centrally located. Traffic was a minimal issue because of the good location. We would stay at this property again if we return to the area.

Everything about this place was absolutely AWESOME! Whenever there was a question, the host assisted promptly. The house was exactly like the pictures and very clean! We were there Good Friday weekend and my parents are still talking about the property. Also, nice & quiet neighborhood.

It's a beautful home with plenty of space and a great backyard for hanging out. Rapid responses from the host. The sheets are the softest which I am picky about. Great location, too - actually 0.9 miles from Marietta Square and it's a safe, easy stroll there.

My oldest daughter had their wedding at the Fox club in Marietta on a Saturday. We booked the home from Thursday until Sunday. It was a wonderful space for all of the bridesmaids, flower, girls, and mothers of the bride and groom, to get ready. We had 14 girls getting ready at the home on Saturday morning. It was perfect. Great location and all of the photos were as advertised. Would highly recommend!

This house had plenty of space for adults and kids to sleep, plus two great porches, and a big yard with a comfy fire pit. Our family loved the house and spaces. Ideal for our family. Communication throughout was prompt and helpful. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Recommend without a doubt!

The house worked perfectly for our group. The location was excellent as it was close to Marietta Square and the other venues we were using for the weekend. The driveway provided plenty of easy parking. We appreciated being able to have our two small pups with us. We did not use the stock pool so I have no comment regarding that amenity.The house is decorated nicely and the suites are conveniently set up. For the most part it seemed clean, but suite 1 obviously did not get swept or vacuumed prior to our arrival. My daughter swept up a dustpan full of dirt, hair and small pieces of trash. A cleaning service was there when we arrived, so I’m not sure if she ran out of time or simply forgot to clean the floors in suite 1. The rug just inside of the door from the front porch was a trip hazard. It appeared to have been stuck to the floor at some point but was coming up. The rug was also filthy. Some of the rugs were quite stained and curling on the edges, although they did appear to be vacuumed. Honestly, the rug under the sofa in suite 2 needs to be replaced. The was a garden hose scattered in front of the entrance to suite 3 which should be rolled neatly and put out of the walkway.We were caught off guard by the rough hewn staircase and creepy passageway between suite 1 and suite 2, but it was clean and served us well. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the house, but would strongly suggest the indoor entrance rugs be replaced as well as others that were very stained.

Great stay! Tons of room!

We share this home with 2 other families, and it was perfect for that! Great layout and room sizes. Our only point for improvement would be to restock the kitchen. Pots were sparse, there were no mixing bowls (we purchased 3 and left them), very few kitchen gadgets (we purchased a cheese grader and left that), and there were no casserole dishes and few glasses. We really used the kitchen for meals as you can tell! But overall, it was wonderful! One of our favorite spots was the screened in porch - we all gave that a 10 for sure! Thank you so much…The smoke detectors only went off that first day. Not sure if batteries were ordered or not. Oh! We could only get 2 of the burners on the stove to work as well. Could have been user-error, but one of the dads in our group is a builder and couldn’t figure it out either. Thank you again!
