Wi-Fi is available for your stay. Due to our remote Skykomish location, cell service is limited and internet speeds may vary at times, ideal for light use. Other homes are nearby, but you’ll enjoy your own private entrance and a quiet, secluded space with plenty of privacy for a relaxing mountain getaway

Step outside onto the private terrace to soak in the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the BBQ area for memorable meals with loved ones. Nearby, explore tranquil creeks perfect for fishing, and venture into lush forests filled with diverse wildlife. For winter enthusiasts, a short drive takes you to nearby ski resorts, offering thrilling slopes and snowy adventures.

You will have access to the entire property. Whole house, the yard and the patio.

Please download the offline map since the cellphone signal can be tricky! Google Maps will lead you to our house! You can park at the fenced drive way or at the yard. We will provide you with the door code on the day of your check-in for a seamless arrival experience.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We want all of our guests to have a wonderful stay with us, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events. We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras to ensure everyone's safety, and we appreciate your understanding that any noise or motion may trigger them. Please note that Airbnb's policy strictly prohibits parties, and violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.

2.【QUIET HOURS 9PM-8AM】
Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.

3.【NO SMOKING】
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.

4. 【NO SHOES】
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.

5.【Self Catering】
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.


6. 【Lost & Found】
We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

7. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

8. 【Unregistered Guests】
All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $50 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.

9. 【Pets are Welcome】
We’re happy to accommodate your furry friend! There is a pet cleaning fee of $50 per pet. Please note, we allow only one pet per reservation.

10. 【Hot tub rules】
1. !!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE WATER!!! (No bath bomb, shampoo, beer, lotion, tanning oil anything besides a clean human body)
2. Shower before use
3. Children under 5 should never be in the hot tub
4. Limit time spent soaking
5. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
6. Limit alcohol consumption during soaking
7. Attach the cover after use to avoid drownings
8. Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid accidents
9. If the waterline is approaching the jet exit, please let us know immediately.

11.【Burn Ban 】
There may be a burn ban during certain parts of the year. This is not a ban by us, but by the local fire district. If there is a burn ban at the time of your stay, we will send you a message to give you the most recent information of what that ban entails. Please be sure to reach out to us with any questions or concerns!

12. 【Liability Waiver】
Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its amenities is at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Homeowner/Host from any claims, injuries, damages or liabilities arising from accidents, injuries, or losses.
