Make yourself at home in this enchanting 3-bedroom Lake Granby retreat. With a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy sofa bed, this gorgeous house offers a comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and outdoor beauty. The two bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. Fall in love with Lake Granby and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Marina is next door, making boat rentals easy so you can enjoy one of the best mountain lakes in the state.

About this space
Spectacular views from the great room and deck. Walking distance to the marina where you can rent boats, paddle boards, or hire a fishing guide. 20 minutes to beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park.

Relax and recharge on one of two couches or the recliner, watching your favorite programs on the 55” smart TV. Main floor has an adorable full bathroom with separate tub and shower. Dining area features an electric fireplace and is a perfect place for meals or playing games.

Country style kitchen with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. Gas cooktop with double oven. Microwave, toaster, Keirig, and toaster oven. Stacked washer/dryer. Main floor also has one bedroom with queen sized bed and smart TV.

Short set of stairs goes up to the primary bedroom with king size bed, electric fireplace, smart tv, and 3/4 bath.

Another short set of stairs goes down to a second family room that is perfect for younger people. Sleeper sofa and oversized sleeper chair with smart tv for gaming and separate entrance door.

12 minutes to the town of Grand Lake. 15 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park to the north and the town of Granby to the south. 20 minutes to skiing at Granby Ranch.

Please note that the water level of Lake Granby fluctuates throughout the year. It is normally low in the winter and spring and fills during snow melt. It has been full from mid June through September for the past 10 years. When full the lake water is 50 feet from the back deck. When lake level is low it will be further away from the cabin. Contact owner prior to booking if you have any questions about this.
