Ce magnifique condo en front de mer avec coin sud offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique ainsi que sur la piscine depuis son balcon privé de taille double !! Des rangées de fenêtres ouvrent l'espace à une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Ce condo a été totalement rénové et dispose d'une belle cuisine ouverte. Wifi gratuit. Land's End est une communauté fermée située dans le quartier populaire de Sunset Beach. Le bâtiment n ° 10 est situé juste à côté de la grande piscine et du bain à remous sur place.

Land’s End est situé sur l’île au trésor, au bout d’une péninsule et entouré de 3 côtés par de l’eau; la voie navigable Intracoastal à l'est, un passage au sud et le golfe du Mexique à l'ouest. Cette communauté regorge de commodités pour que tout le monde soit diverti! Great rental

We loved our stay! Very clean and very roomy for the four of us. We loved the proximity of the pool; we could view it from our bedroom- very close to the beach too! Hoping we get to stay in this rental again

Exceptional condo in every way!

This condo is spacious, well kept and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The property manager is excellent and we really appreciate the on-site security on property. This is our second time at this property and we will not stay anywhere else.

Covid escape

Our initial plans for the week were cancelled thanks to covid we were looking for somewhere non touristy to spend the week to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday. Lands End did not disappoint! We will be returning! Condo was clean for the most part- some minor things I noticed but not an issue overall. We enjoyed ourselves!

Lands end 201 building 10

This is a spacious and bright apartment in a great location. Lands end is a quiet and well maintained development. Beautiful beach for shelling. The apartment was large and very clean. We appreciated the tile floors. The mirrors on all the wallls allow you to see the ocean from every angle. Very Comfortable furniture and good storage to unpack. The rental agency was helpful and when the blinds broke had someone there within a few hours to do the repair. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pots but again the agency did promptly bring another pot over when we asked. Still needs a few more as well as some more plastic cups and plates for small kids. We would happily stay here again!

Minor issue: For the price of the unit, the cable should be upgraded to High Definition. Unit leaked water through the side window during tropical storm. This is not completely unexpected based on the age of the unit, but I hope owner is made aware.

It was clean, stocked with the necessary kitchen equipment to allow us to cook all our meals, had a very welcoming and home like atmosphere. The view, access to the beach and pool were steps away. Loved the covered assigned parking. It was exceptionally quiet for a holiday weekend. Easy to book on line and checking in was simple. I don’t want to vacation anywhere else in this region. People were respectable and kind. Truly wonderful and would highly recommend this location and unit. I love to cook and loved the amazing kitchen amenities. Didn’t eat out at all!!

Looks good-needs a thorough cleaning

Unfortunately after sitting empty for some time the unit is dirty. I don’t think it was cleaned after the last visitor evidenced by the dirty towels, dirty table mats, food crusted kitchen pot holders and mitts. The runners throughout the condo are filthy. I would have washed but the washing machine does not wring out the water. Also, there were a lot of dead roaches-at least they were dead, the sugar ants are not dead- a professional needs to get rid of the problem not a can of bug spray. Now the good part. The unit is bright and airy, the furnishings are nice, you are next to the pool and the beach. We had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel with multi-generations. The unit was very nice and welcoming. We had a problem with the AC due to workers on the roof damaging wiring. We called and it was taken care of promptly. The only negative I would advise other renters about is that this unit did not have adequate beach furniture. Flying in from far away and being excited about going to the beach each day, my experience has been that beach furniture (at least two chairs and an umbrella) would be available. I called and was told that not all units have beach furniture. They should. I realize that it would be damaged over time but it would be appreciated by the guests not wanting to trek to the office and pay a $500 deposit. Our family in Tampa was kind enough to bring us over beach furniture when they came, but it would have been icing on the cake to have it in the unit. That is a reasonable request at this price point.

We are so glad you all enjoyed this premier condo in our beachfront category at Land's End. A majority of our condos will provide beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items; however, that inventory is constantly changing as many times items go missing or become unusable. That is why we keep a supply here so that we can help should you not find them in the unit. We do not take a $500 deposit, just a $50 deposit for 2 chairs and an umbrella and upon return of the items we give you the $50 right back. We are sorry if you found this to be an inconvenience to your stay but we most certainly can help with this. Outside of that, we hope you had a great time with your family and hope to have you back to this awesome property in the future!

Great experience with rental co but I won't rent this unit again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was VERY helpful and responsive. #1 reason I would not rent this particular unit again is due to noise in unit above. One morning, the upstairs neighbors were marching around 4am-6am. Very loud. TOO loud. Also- the pool was fairly cold even though I was told it would be heated. Other things I alerted the rental company to- back sliding door was open when I arrived. Latch does not work well. One of the cabinet doors under the sink will not stay on hinges. Needs to be fixed. Owner may want to leave out instructions for TV remotes. Very difficult to use. A lot of the dishes, silver wear, glasses are spotty and many didn't look clean. Master bedroom was musty. Front door deadbolt did not work well. Both folding chairs on back porch could be cleaned up and knobs fixed on one of the chairs. Other than the dishes/silverwear, the unit was very clean when I arrived.

Loved the covered assigned parking. It was exceptionally quiet for a holiday weekend. Easy to book on line and checking in was simple. I don’t want to vacation anywhere else in this region. People were respectable and kind. Truly wonderful and would highly recommend this location and unit. I love to cook and loved the amazing kitchen amenities. Didn’t eat out at all!!

Great Location right on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit at the end of July and the unit was clean and ready for us at check-in. The management staff was prepared for us and had all the paperwork and keys ready when we stopped by to pick up the keys. This unit will comfortably sleep 4 with the bedding and a couple of kids could sleep on the sectional couch. The unit was well equipped with pretty much any cooking gadget you will need as we made several meals during the course of our stay. It was nice also to have a couple of boogie boards, beach toys, and chairs in the unit. The management company provides starter paper products to get you going so you may want to pick up extra paper products when you stop at the store. Bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Mark the gate attendant was very friendly when we interacted with him and was comforting to have someone around that you could ask questions of. The grounds of the complex were well kept up and the pool was clean and refreshing. This unit is in the center of alot attractions including boating, beaches, restaurants, water sports. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing the patio draperies as they look a bit worn from use. We hope for the opportunity to return and would rent this unit out again!

Week in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through your company at Land's End several years and it has always been a very good experience. There are a couple of minor issues that I think would improve your marks on customer service. If you could just provide enough trash bags and bath soap for the week, it is a small but irritating issue.The unit we were in needed some updating just in decor and furnishings but had the most wonderful view of the gulf.
