Great stay

This was a very family friendly place. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the close proximity to the beach.

Super friendly and professional gate staff. The absolute best unit to access both the beach and pool area. A plus is the covered parking lot with carts and elevator handy. Private beach ! Highly recommend

Great week!

What a great property! We loved how quiet the resort was, the boardwalk, sunsets, pool, pickle ball, and shuffleboard. The shades in the bedrooms were damaged a little so they didn’t close as well as they could have so it was bright when the sun came up. The towels were brand new!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and bigger in person than the pictures show. The view and proximity to the ocean were perfect. The pool was clean. The only suggestion I have is to change from using a key to a digital keypad. Every other condo on that floor had digital keypads. This would eliminate the need to pick up a key and drop it off at a different location. I would stay with my family of 4 again. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys too!

Great property!

Property was great! Easy access to the beach (and the beach was quiet due to location). Unit was very nice; prior reviews mentioned the height of the bushes blocking the water, they have been trimmed as was mentioned, can’t see beach but can see the water and can definitely hear the waves! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Satisfied overall with our stay. Very friendly staff, including the guards who supplied the recreational equipment. Pool, beach was as usual great. Several disappointments: initial cleaning under sofas, chairs and cushions could have been better, crumbs etc. and a very slow internet.

Condo was perfectly located in the right place. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet and we purchased floats and left there for future vacationers. Would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to trim down the bushes in front of the condo because they do block the direct view being on the 2nd floor. Loved the unit though.

Wonderful location

Really enjoyed staying here, it was clean and close to everything we needed. Loved being able to just walk out to the beach. Would love to see the pool change their no ball rule to no balls except for blow up beach balls. :)

Great location, could use a refresh

Big unit, plenty of space. Very clean when we got there. Disappointed that we had to carry around keys all the time. Most units have codes, much easier for checking in and out plus no worries of losing keys at the beach. The unit served our needs quite well. Baths and kitchen are quite dated and could use a refresh. If you are sensitive to neighbors above, could be a problem as we could hear them quite a lot.

If I wanted to nitpick, I would say that the unit could use some updating - the windows and sliding door were old and hard to open, and the cleaning could have been a little better - under cabinets and beds especially. Overall great experience, great check in/out procedure, management co. was professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we rented three units for the Christmas break. Two were nice. This one was sub-standard. It was not outfitted well. It had many items that need repair: toilet, front door lock, master bedroom windows, microwave handle broken, patio doors don't lock. for th price we paid, the 74' limit was an insult. We will rent somewhere else next time where the cost is worth the price.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the same unit for a couple of years now and we have been very happy. The condo is quite spacious and the sunsets from our balcony are absolutely stunning! The pros of the location is that it is quiet and the beach is not as crowded. The cons is that you pretty much have to drive to get to shopping and restaurants.
