The interior features a billiard room with a pool table, wet bar, baby grand piano, and split bedrooms ideal for family or friend getaways with an ensuite bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms. The Primary Suite is equipped with a 65” Smart TV, gas log fireplace, king-size bed, sliding glass doors to the backyard, pool, and hot tub. The attached pool guest suite provides backyard access for those late-night dips in the pool/spa before bed. This is a house for friends and family to create incredible memories, have great laughs and just enjoy life.

The home is located on an Acre lot surrounded by several acres of Natural Area Open Space (NAOS) to provide a private serene ambiance where you may see Mule Deer or other wildlife in addition to the Mountain Views and City Lights! The Front Courtyard provides an additional gathering place with its own outdoor gas-start fireplace; and to maximize your sunset experience, the west-facing courtyard with its cozy firepit is another spot to experience Arizona’s beautiful sunsets.

☀I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and I never write reviews but given how new this rental is and how great our experience was, I thought it worth sharing. This house is impeccably stocked. Everything you could possibly think to need. I don’t know how many airbnbs I’ve stayed at that gave you 2 trash bags and 1 ply toilet paper and called it a day. But this place really provided like a luxury rental. Paper products, plastic baggies, foil, spices, insulated pool cups, etc, you know all those things you forget when planning a vacation in someone else’s house, were all provided in abundance. The sound system both inside and out really set the tone for lazy pool days with the family. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler and felt there was plenty of room. 5 stars across the board. We’ll be back.
☀Group trip-The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well appointed. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and evenings by the fireplace. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the views were gorgeous! We would love to stay there again during a future visit.

Instructions for the house were clear. All appliances worked well; the kitchen was great. Plenty of space for the two of us. Beautiful setting, private neighborhood, lots of sun and very convenient to Cave Creek and the surrounding area. You'll enjoy this property if you're a golfer, hiker or want to tour upper Scottsdale.
☀Stayed with kids-We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 3 adults and a baby. We liked the quiet, gated community where this house is situated. The house itself is spacious and clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our favorite part was the BBQ and the swimming pool. We would absolutely recommend staying there.

☀This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. Home is in a quiet neighborhood & surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. This is a home for friends and family to create incredible memories, great laughs and to just enjoy life. If a party house is what you are looking for, you will find other properties that cater to that. We are not saying in any way you can’t come here and have fun, as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.
☀ For the safety of our home and our guests, we have 3 security cameras located in the driveway, inside the garage, and at the front door.
