I take guest experience very seriously. My goal is always to offer a peaceful, clean, and well-equipped space where guests feel welcome and at home.
Parking is available in the property's driveway, or at your discretion, guests could park on the street. The area is extremely safe.
For a 3+ week stay, housekeeping is mandatory at an extra cost of $150, payable directly to the housekeeping staff upon completion of each cleaning.

Yes; the host was very welcoming. The place was awesome, the amenities superb and was very close to restaurants and public transportation. My stay was very enjoyable. I had access to toiletries and all the other household necessities that I needed. I will come back anytime soon, refer the listing to family members and friends.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful furnishings, spacious office space. Everything was top notch. My wife stayed here for a month while we were relocating. The host, Alex took care of her like family. Direct quote from my wife while arranging her check out with the host. I'm sad too this was an amazing experience and I felt soo at home and just loved everything! The neighborhood is amazing! I will definitely be giving an excellent review and comments you have been amazing and your family too for sure! Best of luck with everything! You all made me feel so welcome!!

I spent amazing couple of days at this "Executive Resort". The home and neighborhood was very quiet and extremely peaceful. I will write many pages about the condition of the space and it will not be enough. It was evident that a lot of thought and expense was put into making this a fantastic place for travelers who love themselves. The super comfortable mattress, pristine bathrooms with walk-in shower (and electric toilets). Linens and towels were top notch. Perfect spaces to sleep, relax and watch movies as the space has a big screen tv, an independent office with presidential desk to work, and a great kitchen area. Alex, the host really cares about her guests, she placed lots of snacks and fruit to welcome me. I would highly recommend this place to travelers needing a short or long stay. Thank you Alex for your generosity.

The parking was not as advertised, not even close. The host could only offer parking on the side of the busy street (which was far from the house), or double stacked cars in the tiny driveway which meant cars would be blocked in. The host said her daughter had to have first access not the guests. False advertising.

Dear Susan, Thank you for your feedback. While I respect every guest’s right to share their experience, I must clarify several serious inaccuracies in your review. The Dulles Executive Resort offers free parking directly in the driveway of the property, as clearly stated in the listing. At no point were you asked to park “far from the house” or denied access due to my daughter’s use of the driveway. This statement is entirely false. Guests are always given priority access to the parking area, and clear instructions are provided before check-in. Additionally, I must reiterate that your reservation involved two separate bookings with a one-day gap (May 24) that was not paid for or communicated, resulting in scheduling issues. I also discovered undisclosed additional occupants staying at the property, in violation of the house rules, and encountered significant cleaning costs after your departure. Despite these violations, I chose not to withhold funds from your damage deposit, in the interest of closing the matter amicably. It is unfortunate that your review fails to reflect the full context of your stay. I remain committed to providing a clean, respectful, and peaceful environment for all future guests, and I encourage transparency and mutual respect in all interactions. It was great to keep contact with Alex and her property since I had stayed there for three months earlier in 2025. She is an exceptionally gracious host who has paid a lot of attention to making her rental a wonderful experience. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is very comfortable, and any little problem that arose was dealt with quickly (e.g., the previous renter had walked off with the power cable for the office monitor, so she purchased a new monitor so that I’d be able to use my desktop computer quickly.) Parking is extremely easy in spite of the incomprehensible review from another renter. The house is on a very quiet suburban street and the easiest parking spot is on a perpendicular side street about 20 feet from the rental unit’s entrance, or she will accommodate your car in her driveway, and she also stored my bike in her garage and gave me access whenever I wanted to ride. Alex worked hard to make sure that I enjoyed my stay and it was a privilege to get to know her and her delightful family. I highly recommend this comfortable, private, and secure property, particularly for long term visitors who need to have convenient access to Dulles Airport and the many high tech businesses in the Northern Virginia area. I’m certainly looking forward to my next visit!
