Each bedroom has custom closet organizers, and a smart TV for streaming your personal favorite TV applications. The home has a reverse floor plan, with the main living, dining, and kitchen area situated on the top floor. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with bar seating, dining room seating for 8, an induction cooktop, and a 48 integrated refrigerator with a craft ice maker. The kitchen also contains all of the cooking essentials one might need, as well a coffee maker. There are two separate living spaces to allow for plenty of family gathering time. Enjoy breathtaking coastal views from every room. The inviting fenced in backyard has access to a private boat dock, cornhole, a large patio for seating, and propane grill. The owners have provided two kayaks, two bikes, and an indoor/outdoor Ping Pong table for enjoyment during your stay. Once you stay at Summer Breeze, it will become your family s annual beach vacation home destination! Boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are allowed to use single car garage bays. Elevator is available with a required $200 refundable elevator security deposit. Fire Place is only available to guest for long-term Winter Rentals.
