Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

Waterfront Property! This fabulous house is located on Tubbs Inlet Bay, a tidal waterway, and features incredible views of the marsh and bay. It has a private dock, so bring your boat and/or your jet skis. It also has a sought after private, outdoor pool.

The home features updated furnishings and interior amenities including 6 new large Smart TVs (Netflix and Amazon streaming capabilities), surround sound stereo in the family room, karaoke and high speed internet and WIFI.

The two large master bedrooms on the top floor feature king beds, en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. They open onto private covered balconies that face the bay. The upper floor also features a TV sitting area and a laundry closet.

The two bedrooms on the main floor feature en suite bathrooms, and are furnished with a single queen bed (bedroom 4) or two queen beds (bedroom 3). They both open onto decks. All linens are provided. The main floor also features a large, open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a half bath. This room opens onto the huge main deck with outdoor dining table and chairs.

Outdoors you will find a fenced, waterfront backyard with private swimming pool, a charcoal grill, and floating boat dock. Get out on the water with the two kayaks and paddle boards and explore the marshes and bay or even pull up on one of the many sandbars. The beach is an easy 9-10 minute walk or use the available golf cart and bicycles. Sunset Beach has recently implemented paid parking. Parking will be free for our renters when using our golf cart. Renters will be responsible for paying the parking fee if they use their personal vehicle anywhere but the driveway at 1518 N Shore Drive. No pets please.

This was our 3rd straight year staying at Jan's beautiful home and each year has not disappointed! The house is in a perfect location for us with a private pool on site, a deep-water dock for our friend's boat, a golf cart for getting around with paid parking for beach access. Jan, as always, continues to be an amazing host and is extremely responsive and caring. The home is always clean and well-appointed. The views off the back deck facing the canal/inlet for our morning coffee and evening meals or cocktails are fantastic for beginning and ending our days. We look forward to our next trip back!

Beautiful Stay at Sunset

This home is beautiful, roomy and well appointed. The golf cart got us to the beach and back, but the pool kept us cool and the dock was great for fishing and kayaking. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time! The location was quiet and was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was perfect and the deck overlooking the pool was a favorite spot for morning coffee, reading and planning for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Getaway in Quiet Sunset Beach

Family vacation

Beautiful house. We enjoyed all the open space. The location was great for our family. Not a lot of traffic or noise. The dock was great for evening relaxing. We wish our weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool and decks.
