Monthly Seattle rental. Comes w/ 2 parking spots. 1 garage + 1 add'l spot! Central location for your longer term Seattle stays.
Light rail is right across the street so a car is not needed. Ride in from Sea-Tac Airport. Then get back on for short rides to various Downtown stops, UW, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, all the way to Lynnwood.
Modern, tastefully designed, spacious, 3 bedroom newer built townhome.
Centralized location, 1 mile to freeway w/ easy access to Downtown & amenities such as grocery, food & parks .
Our 3 level townhome is newly built and finished construction in January of 2017. Very convenient location since it's located right across the street from a Seattle Link Light Rail Station that will take you to many stops throughout Seattle. It's a really easy way to get around on your trip, don't need to worry about pricey parking in Downtown Seattle.
Very centralized location:
- 8 miles away from Downtown Seattle
- 7 miles away from Seatac Airport (you can also take the light rail from there to here)
- 5 miles away from Westfield South Center Mall (great shopping and tons of restaurants)
- 3 miles from Columbia City (very diverse range of cuisine here)

Our zip code is 98118 which was recognized as being the most diverse zip codes in the country. Lot's of authentic ethnic eateries within 2 mile away from our home. What's nice about this Airbnb:
Everything in the home is new! Great interior space for families or group of friends visiting Seattle. Super clean and modern decor with tasteful designs. And we are adding to our home all the time to keep it fresh. People just LOVE our beds! 100% cotton sheets and very comfy memory foam mattresses in all rooms. You will want to lay in bed all day with a good book. All brand new Samsung appliances. Brand new Washer and Dryer. Brand new Samsung Smart LED TV's with Netflix. Comcast internet with lighting fast Wi-Fi high-speed 200mbps.

3 full bedrooms and 1.5 bath's in this home. Every room features a very comfortable memory foam mattress and soft luxury linens that will make you want to lay in it all day!

We love to cook so our kitchen is plenty stocked with kitchenware so you can chef up a yummy home-cooked meal. We have lots of items, but not every single thing that a kitchen can have. What we do have are pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, and also the basic essentials like olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. There is also a Keurig to serve you coffee for a little pick me up before you start to explore Seattle.

Brand new washer and dryer for you to wash clothes if needed
Parking
We have a 1 car garage you can park your car in there and there additional street parking right across the street.
The light rail is less than a 5 minute walk away, which provides you a variety of stops for you to explore the city of Seattle.
Very culturally diverse neighborhood with lots of mom and pop authentic restaurants near by. Columbia City is a short drive or a couple of light rail ride away with lots more restaurants and coffee shops. If you check on Yelp, there are over 80 local eateries that are within a mile distance. They aren't really walking distance but they are a short drive or light rail ride away.
Seward Park is an amazing park within the city and offers a lot to see and do including nice hiking trail. Or a beautiful view of the lake and mountain!
