Stylish 2 bd / 2bd West Hollywood Apartment on LA's famous Sunset Strip!!!

Located right by the sunset strip, my 2 bd/2ba is the true Hollywood experience. It is exactly one block from the world famous "Laugh Factory" where you can see world renowned and upcoming comedians grace the stage and make the audience hurl with laughter. The apartment gives you the all the glamour and glitz of the sunset strip, but is located one block in and also gives you peaceful noise free experience. You walking distance to all the best entertainment, bars, restaurants, and nightlife!

The apartment comes with a full size kitchen, dinning area, living room, and has been decorated with modern / contemporary furniture and an art collection from around the world. Each room features a large queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and plenty of storage space in the the dresser drawers and mirror sliding glass closet (please note: I kept 2 closets locked as I have my personal belongings there). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bidet. The second bedroom has a large detached bathroom with a tub / shower combo. The building is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and has a night time security guard and exterior cameras for added safety.

The building has a pool, but I cannot have guest use the pool as it is only for permanent residents, hence why it is not listed in the description. There will be a $500 fine if it is reported that guests are using the pool.
