It features high ceilings, deluxe kitchen, 2 living rooms, formal dining room, 5BR/4BA.

The Space:
OVERVIEW:
The Ramos Residence is an updated historic compound situated in the safe Uptown Neighborhood. This home features original hardwood floors, high ceilings, multiple living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and fun and eclectic decor throughout. The property is designed for entertaining larger groups and features a large kitchen, multiple living areas, a backyard and pool area, and a Sonos sound system.
Located on Dryades Street, a quaint neighborhood commercial corridor, this property is within steps of several beloved establishments, including French Truck Coffee, Charlie's Steakhouse, Pascale's Manale, and Le's Baguette.
The property is also just blocks from a number of other establishments including Cure (2018 James Beard Outstanding Bar Program Award), Vals, Company Burger, Starbucks, High Hat, Mint, Dat Dog, Sucre, Origami Sushi, Midway Pizza, and Rouse's Grocery.

-2 Smart TVs with an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services.
- Sonos Speakers (You can scan our QR code located in the living room for additional information and instructions)
- Pool (can be heated for an additional fee)
- Hot Tub
- Spacious back deck with table and chairs
Guest Access:
There is a lockbox with the key next to the front door. Guests will receive the code to the lockbox prior to check-in.
The entire home and backyard is for your exclusive use.
The Neighborhood:
You can't beat this location! We're right across from Charlie's Steakhouse and Pascal's Manale, two of New Orleans quintessential restaurants. Even better, we're right across from our favorite coffee shop, French Truck Cafe' and steps from Le's Baguette!
Getting Around:
We're located just two short blocks away from the St. Charles Street car line and a 10 minute Uber ride to the French Quarter
Other Things to Note:
-Professionally Managed, Fully Licensed Commercial Rental
-Free Street Parking (no off-street parking), guests rarely have any issues parking directly in front of the house
-There is 24-hour video surveillance at the front door
-The Ramos Residence is located in a residential neighborhood. We do have quiet hours in place beginning at 8PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends.
-Pool can be heated for additional fee
-IMPORTANT NOTE: 3 of the bedrooms have a true shotgun style layout, meaning that each room has to be walked through to get to the next (not every bedroom has independent access)
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Our professional management team is available should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. In case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
