One bedroom, bull bathroom. Modern updates throughout the home. Bedroom features a queen sized, adjustable bed with massage feature, large dresser and mirror, custom closet, and smart TV. Bathroom features sliding glass door walk-in shower with rain showerhead and handheld attachment. Walk-in custom closet located in hallway. Kitchen comes with all new, stainless steel Samsung appliances (fridge, oven, extremely quiet dishwasher, pull-out built in microwave, and coffeemaker). High top dining table located next to kitchen. In the living room, you will find a large cloud pillow sofa, swivel chair, coffee table, electric LED fireplace with remote controls, and a 65 inch smart TV. High speed Wi-Fi included.
Outside the front door, you are steps away from excellent dining and shopping on 3rd Street to your right, Naples Bay to your left, and a short walk from the Naples Pier and the Gulf of Mexico.

Community offers an updated clubhouse, pool, library, shuffleboard, and outdoor gas grill. Home is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware that you will need during your stay. Laundry room is located in the building, with 2 brand new washing machines and 2 brand new dryers (all free of charge). Beach gear is also available for your use.

$150 application fee through the association, which includes a background check and lease.

Once you have booked, I will provide you with the application for the condo management company, and I will also generate a lease agreement which is required with the application.

Applications and leases are approved by the condo association very quickly, as long as the background check comes back clear.
