Marcia et moi (Gene) vous obtiendront totalement informés que la façon de profiter au mieux de ce condo et les points forts de la région. Il est un condo à deux niveaux qui est récemment redécoré pour une sensation de Floride. Une plage comme Jimmy Buffet sensation est ici. Entièrement meublé et prêt à aller. Internet et le câble vous rendra heureux !!

Pour 4 personnes, mais pourrait manipuler 6. Il est une chambre à chaque niveau. Adjacent à un Marina! Piscine, bain à remous et de gaz zone de cuisson!

Regardez Google Maps près et vous verrez cela est réellement sur l'île. Voie navigable est un bateau demi-heure de trajet vers le golfe du Mexique. 20 minutes de marche en bas historique 5ème avenue dans le Golfe. Les gens sont très amusants à regarder à la jetée de Naples.

Condo a un niveau inférieur et supérieur. Basse au niveau du sol a une 'tuck sous la rubrique «espace de stationnement .Cet est le niveau que vous souhaitez entrer à travers le plus souvent. Key nous vous donnons est pour cette porte de niveau inférieur. Est aussi une porte d'entrée de niveau supérieur. Un escalier en colimaçon est comment vous obtenez d'un niveau à l'autre.

Je vais envoyer un '' choses à faire à Naples de la liste, nous avons compilé depuis de nombreuses années. Il est de notre liste de favoris et comprend des restaurants, des sentiers de randonnée, le meilleur bkft. plages, etc.

Aussi un permis de stationnement de la plage peut être obtenu à l'hôtel de ville (ces bougres frais de 50 $ pour elle). Avec à ce que vous pourriez avoir du mal à obtenir un parking à la plage.

5ème avenue est la partie active de Old Naples pour de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Un autre quartier populaire est 3rd St zone de commerces. Aussi bien des commerces et restaurants. Campiellos est notre favori il.

Le condo lui-même est entièrement meublé! Chemise, pantalon et un maillot de bain est tout ce que vous avez vraiment besoin. La piscine communautaire est agréable et possède également un bain à remous.

Avec tout le trafic à Naples à des moments de la saison de pointe cet endroit condo est idéal. Vous pouvez marcher à tout ce que vous aurez besoin: magasins, restaurants, plages, canotage, promenades en chariot .etc etc.
Un ascenseur est disponible à l'extrémité du bâtiment pour les questions de handicap.

Excellent location, close to everything in Naples' downtown district

The main (first) floor of the condo was very nice and perfect for our needs. The location of the condo is excellent and close to the charming downtown Old Naples district. I wish we would have known that the condo was split up on two floors and that there was a very narrow spiral staircase to get from the car port (on ground floor) up to the main floor (located on first floor). My husband (who has mobility issues) had a very tough time getting up and down the spiral staircase; and it was not easy getting suitcases and groceries up to the main floor. The second bedroom with the twin beds is located on the ground floor (below the main floor). The photos do not show the spiral staircase. The pool was well maintained and lovely, and the people in the complex are very friendly.

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement avec tout le confort. Résidence très proche du centre ville , la voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer mais il y a de belles balades à pied si on aime marcher. Naples reste une ville très attrayante pour nous. We enjoyed our stay ! Thanks Gene for your welcoming

Wonderful Holiday Retreat

This clean and nicely decorated condo was perfect for our family of 4. The property owner was very accessible and provided plenty of instructions and great suggestions. Would highly recommend to other small families who want a condo near anything you’d like to do in Naples.

Stuck on the stairs.

Comfortable property, nice people, and fully supplied kitchen. Only complaint is there was no key for the second floor door. One of the party staying there had a problem with the spiral staircase. We waited until they left through the second floor door and locked it and took the spiral staircase.

We enjoyed our stay! We love all that the area near the Beau Mer condos has to offer. Everything that we needed was available when we walked into the condo. Love how there is so much fun within walking distance! Appreciate how Gene, the owner. is always available to address any concerns that may come up.

Nice, clean, basic condo in a great location

I believe it is important to tell renters that there is a very narrow winding staircase in the condo to get to the main floor. We entered from the downstairs bedroom and needed to unload our suitcases before carrying them upstairs. Also there is no way to "close off" the bedroom downstairs from the living area. Overall it was very nice.

Appreciate this being pointed out. First time in 10 years of renting I've heard this concern. There is an elevator at end of building if needed. .

Great location.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and all types of shops and restaurants on 5th. Short drive to the mall and other activities. Condo was well equipped with dishes and pretty well everything one could need. Gene was very responsive and made sure he could be reached at anytime during our stay. Thanks Gene

A lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained condo!

Great location (right by 5th Ave., and a 20 minute walk to the beach; plus the pool is right outside your door), and a very comfortable and nicely taken care of space. Gene also answered any questions we had right away, but we had very few questions, since everything was so nicely prepared. A delightful place to stay.

Beautiful well maintained two level condo next to the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club.

Spotless two bedroom two bath condo with parking at the door. Short walk to restaurants and shops at Tin City, and only a five minutes drive to the truly charming center of old Naples. Great experience!

A convenient, well appointed space, would definitely return.

We travel mostly as a party of 3 (wife & adult daughter). This unit offered 2 bedrooms on separate floors, which made for optimal privacy. The unit was also spacious, offered a nice view of a marina, was within a few blocks of 5th avenue, had a pleasant pool area and was stocked with all the beach gear one could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beau Mer.

Outstanding location and comfortable condo

The location is great to get to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Condo is cozy, clean, and met our basic needs. Close to pool, spa and BBQ grills. Owners were extremely professional and made the visit very easy. The complex and condo are a bit older, but well kept. Steep spiral staircase wasn't an issue for us but might be for someone with physical limitations. Had a great time.

Friendly and Relaxing Atmosphere

We had a very enjoyable time during our stay. The condo is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. The pool and the grounds are well maintained and very friendly residents. We walked every morning through Olde Naples down to the beach and back with beautiful homes along the way. After a harsh winter up North, just the warm weather tonic needed to thaw out. Have reserved same time for next year already.

Great place to stay for new retirees!

We really enjoyed our time in Naples. Gene and Marcia were very accommodating and left us with several ideas for places to go and things to do! We really enjoyed our day at Stan's ... great recommendation. Your place was very ideal and very comfortable for two newly retirees. We are a very active and love to play tennis, go to the beach and bike... We were close to all places. The people were very friendly around the pool. Great sunsets from the door!

Perfect Location!

My husband, adult granddaughter, and I appreciated Gene and Marcia's clean,comfortable condo, which is in a perfect location. Our granddaughter used the downstairs bedroom, which she found perfect for her needs. They gave us a great deal of information regarding things to do around the Naples area, which was extremely helpful. We spent each evening at Naples Pier, watching the sun set. We walked to shopping and restaurants and took an interesting boat tour. The on site manager was friendly and helpful. We felt right at home in this nicely decorated condo. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others. We were not disappointed! We appreciate Marcia and Gene's hospitality.
