Welcome to our newly upgraded 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sitting directly on the Omni Resort and Spa's La Costa Golf Course with amazing panoramic golf course views from every living space in the home. The home is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer, and has convenient assigned parking. Great location, 3 miles to beach, close to restaurants, freeway, and shopping!

New Mini Splits that shoot out cold and hot air, perfect for any weather! New Flooring, No Carpet!

This private oasis nestled along the scenic La Costa Golf Course offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, the other a Queen bed with the convenience of a closet. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Outside, there is a patio with a scenic golf course view, perfect for relaxing.

You will have access to the whole unit during your stay!

My team and I will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay.

We had the pleasure of spending six unforgettable weeks in this beautiful California condo, and everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotlessly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from a well-stocked kitchen to incredibly comfortable beds and a private parking. An incredible terrace with a magnificent view of the golf courseThe location was ideal: peaceful and safe, yet close enough to everything: shops, restaurants, beaches, and great places to explore by car. e truly felt at home from the very first day.The hosts were exceptional: friendly, responsive, and always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out.We would recommend this condo without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in California. Whether for a short vacation or a longer stay like ours, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Alan, the manager, was helpful and efficient. However, we did not know about the 3 flights of stairs down to the door until we received the key code that day. The key code did not work, but Alan finally gave us a ‘backup’ number that did work. Then we discovered another flight of stairs down to the living area. My wife has bad knees; we would not have rented this condo had we known.Then the refrigerator was dead. Alan had 2 bags of ice delivered. Of course they were totally melted by the next morning, flooding the freezer and the fridge. The owners wanted us to wait another week for a new fridge. Alan had a new one delivered the next day.There is no dishwasher.There is no toaster.There is a hair dryer, but since it has a European plug, it cannot be plugged in. So there is no usable hair dryer.We accidentally got locked out, having set the lock on the doorknob. The key on the key chain opens the electronic lock, not the doorknob. Alan’s office gave us the number code for the hidden lock box, but there was no spare key in the lock box. We had to call a lock smith. He had to demolish the doorknob to get us in.This condo is advertised as luxury. No dishwasher, toaster or hairdryer? 4 flights of stairs coming and going?False advertising.
