Welcome to a spacious and beautifully updated home perfect for your next getaway! This 2,075 sq. ft. residence features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families or groups. The modern kitchen and bathrooms have been elegantly remodeled, while the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere. A dedicated theater room offers the perfect space for movie nights, and the wet bar with a wine fridge adds an extra touch of luxury.
Outside, immerse yourself in a private backyard oasis featuring a refreshing in-ground pool and spa, surrounded by fruit trees for a peaceful escape. The large covered patio is equipped with an outdoor bar and BBQ area, ideal for entertaining. With ample RV and boat parking (including full hookups) and a thoughtfully designed outdoor space, this home blends relaxation and practicality for an unforgettable stay.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The backyard, pool, spa, and outdoor entertainment area are all yours to enjoy during your stay. RV and boat parking is available, and the attached garage offers additional convenience.
As property managers, we take pride in ensuring seamless operations for the owners. We prioritize excellent communication and responsiveness, guaranteeing 24/7 availability through messaging. In case of emergencies, we can be reached via phone for immediate assistance. Additionally, we have a dedicated team of local experts on standby, each specialized in handling specific issues that may arise, ensuring a swift and effective resolution. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
-Children should be supervised near the pool and spa at all times.
-Pool may be heated for $100/day. Spa is free but please tell us which days/times you want it heated so we can do that for you. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time.
-Keep trash cans outside the garage so that our service can bring them down to the street Sunday evening.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house.
Pool Heating: We charge $100 per day for pool heating to a maximum of 80 degrees, which reflects our actual cost from PG&E for natural gas.
Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $50 for each guest over 10 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.
Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers.
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, do all your dishes, gather towels and start a load in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $300 charge.
Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home.
Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest's expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Trash Removal: Please put trash cans on the curb Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup, and bring them back to the right side of the home Monday afternoon.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you donât know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
