Beautiful home on BHI with wonderful hosts. This was our second year staying there and hope to be back next year! Views from the porch swing are AMAZING!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic two weeks at Apres Sea to end the summer. The house is very well located on Bald Head with great ocean views and very close to beach access and BHI Club. The layout was perfect and spacious for our family of 5, plus the addition of grandparents visiting for one of the weeks. Communication with the host was also great from booking through our arrival and visit, with quick responses to questions. We would absolutely rent this property again.

I usually prefer a hotel but this home might change my mind. We were 6 adults and all said we could move in without changing a thing. The house was amazing. 3 min walk to the beach, large great porches, so many rooms to hang out in. All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we would ever need. Not a thing to complain about. Loved it

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and just perfect for us. The location is great as it is very close to beach and BHI Club. The home is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you need for the beach. Lovely home and host!! We definitely hope to visit again and will select this property.

We enjoyed every moment at this beach house! It was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. The beach access is right around the corner, the house is stocked with everything you could need (including beach toys, chairs, bikes, helmets, all the kitchen utensils, etc), the golf carts worked perfect. Furniture is high quality and comfortable! We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive if you had any questions.

Beautiful, newly renovated home with ample room for our family. Spectacular views and a wonderful kitchen to cook family meals. Game nights on the screened porch were our favorite! The hosts were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Beautifully renovated property, with well appointed kitchen and bright comfortable gathering spaces; clean and well maintained. Host provides excellent, proactive communication! We enjoyed the BHI club for golf and dining, and appreciated the golf carts for touring the island. We are VERY particular about cleanliness, communication and a space that is modern & well maintained - Apres Sea earned 5 stars in all categories from us. We will recommend this property to our equally discerning friends.

We've been coming to BHI for over a decade. This is easily our favorite new house. Extreme thought and detail went into putting the house together. Not sure what else you would want. High end bedding, tons of beach gear, stocked kitchen, kids/teen room - truly everything has been thought of. Best part for us was easily the porches. We sat out there in the mornings and evenings and enjoyed the view of the ocean and wonderful breezes. Kristin was fabulous to deal with and extremely welcoming. We had two families with us and everyone commented how amazing it was. Would book it again in a second. What a great week!

Apres Sea was an absolute delight! Super clean and well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The outdoor bed swing and hammock made for a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Lots of porch space with good views of the ocean and deer playing. Kristen was very responsive and helpful.

Apres Sea couldn't have been better appointed. Kristen provides a wide array of beach items to save on packing bulky items like chairs and towels. The golf carts were fully functional and we loved that they were labeled with the house name. The interior of the home is beautiful and described accurately in the professional photos. The cleanliness level was top notch. All amenities met and exceeded our expectations. The host was on top of any communication and we enjoyed our restful stay at Apres Sea. We hope to do it again in the future.

Kristen’s home was perfect for our family of 6! It was even more equipped than we expected. The location was ideal for frequent and convenient visits to South Beach and we made use of every one of the amazing porches. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to relax and have some down time a well as space for us to enjoy our family meals, movie nights and play games together. Carts were in good condition, with plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Host was quick to respond with the few questions we had and friendly to correspond with. It was exactly what we were hoping for…best BHI visit to date!

Wonderful week at BHI for the 4th of July

Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay at Apres Sea. Spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a comfy living space upstairs where the whole family spent time together cooking meals, playing games / puzzles, and enjoying the views. The huge wraparound deck and screened in porch was our favorite spot to relax after a day at the beach / BHI club. The location of this house was perfect for us — easy access to the beach and BHI club and a short golf cart ride to the shops and marina. We can’t wait to come back to Bald Head Island and hope to stay at Apres Sea again!

We had a wonderful time at Apres Sea! We were a family of 8 adults and we had more than enough space to have together time as well as time in smaller groups doing a puzzle, watching TV or reading. The carts were in great shape...a must on BHI! Most days we took the carts to the beach with our gear, but walking to the beach and home again was very close and convenient when we chose to do so. The outdoor spaces at this house are unmatched! Really incredible. We will be returning. :)

Could not say more about this property. It’s decorated like a home, not a second home. It’s gorgeous. The views are great, every bedroom has a bath, hammocks and porch swings, screened in porch, and everything is organized. There were beach chairs, bikes, and outdoor games that were all organized in the garage. The kitchen has everything and tvs in two communal locations. The guys could watch football in one area and the teens could watch the summer I turned pretty in another. It’s a great house
