"Seaside Sunrise" is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo that comfortably sleeps 4 . This vacation rental has a king bed in the master bedroom, a TV, and master bath with a shower stall. The living area has queen sleeper sofa, TV, and slider that opens onto the oceanfront balcony where peace and solitude awaits you. The 2nd bath has a tub and shower combination. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed to prepare your favorite vacation meal. With a table that seats 4 and stools at the kitchen bar, there is ample room for dining. This condo comes with basic cable, WIFI, washer/dryer, and 2 parking passes.

Crescent Towers I has elevators, an outdoor pool, charcoal grill, picnic tables, outdoor shower, private beach access, and on-site parking. Motorcycles are not allowed on the property at Crescent Towers I. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No students/student groups. The minimum age to rent is 25.
