Condo, 2 chambres + lit convertible (s), 2 bains, (7 personnes)

Situé à Windy Village, cette unité de faible hauteur de deux chambres et deux salles de bain au deuxième étage en bord de mer est située à North Myrtle Beach. La section Windy Hill est une plage tranquille et familiale.

Le salon avec la vue spectaculaire sur l'océan dispose d'une télévision à écran plat intelligent de 40 pouces, d'un DVD, d'un magnétoscope avec câble et d'un canapé-lit. Nouveau plancher Smartcore, table basse, tables de bout et chaise.

Le balcon a de nouvelles chaises hautes Adirondack pour ne laisser aucune obstruction de la magnifique vue sur la plage et un rail de balcon pour manger supplémentaire. Le deuxième étage vous offre une bien meilleure vue sur la plage.

Nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine et le comptoir en granit. Plancher de carreaux de céramique dans la cuisine, le couloir, la buanderie et les deux salles de bains. La buanderie a sa propre laveuse et sécheuse.

La chambre principale a un nouveau lit king, TV écran plat 26 pouces, DVD avec câble, nouveau plancher Smartcore, nouveaux rideaux, salle de bain privée et vue privée sur la plage. Nouveau comptoir en granit dans la salle de bain principale.

La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, TV 20 pouces avec câble et lecteur DVD, nouveaux rideaux et nouveau plancher Smartcore. Il y a un lit pliant dans le placard.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The owners were excellent with the communication. It was nice for once to have cookware that was is great condition. Other places I have stayed at, they were scratched up badly. The beach was very accessible and nice as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Second time around!!!! This condo and its host are so great, I had to run it back 2 years later. This condo was clean, the ocean view was perfect, and Mr Kenny (host) was wonderful to work with. If I ever had to reach out to him, the response times were great!!! I have NOTHING but excellent things to say. Only place I’ll stay in Myrtle Beach

Kenny and Barbara’s place was just what my sister and I needed to take our elderly mom on a little getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and had a wonderful view of the beach from the chairs on the deck. Our mom generally sleeps in a recliner, so it was a nice bonus to have two of them in the living room. The beach umbrella and chairs were great to have to set up for the day on the beach! We ate all of our meals out, but the kitchen seemed supplied well enough for meal prep. We also didn’t take advantage of the washer and dryer, but it was there in case we needed it. Kenny and Barbara were very communicative and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. The beach was clean and relatively quiet with access to public restrooms. We would stay at this property again, if we return to the area.

We loved staying at Windy Village. We had everything we needed and felt right at home as soon as we stepped thru the door.The hosts Kenny and Barbara did an amazing job communicating with check in and check out. The bed was comfy and we slept great. Very quiet neighborhood. The beach chairs and cooler were handy for our time at the beach which was easy to access. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Look no further for your next rental in Windy Hill ... Well maintained and stocked. Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Covered parking available. Easy check in and check out procedures. Convenient to Barefoot Landing and many great local restaurants. Thank you to Kenny & Barbara for being such excellent hosts. They were patient and responsive to all my questions. Five stars for sure!!!

This is a great condo in a great location! The owners were very attentive and check in was easy. The condo was very clean and had everything in it for us to enjoy our vacation! We have stayed in this condo before and plan to stay here again! Just a few short steps to the beach too!!!

Overall this was a great experience. The host was extremely communicative as the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was plenty spacious for us and packed with everything we could have needed. The perfect view

Ideal location and property for friends or family of 4. Condo had all the needs including beach items. The most important thing for us was the view and it was perfect. Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful, restful, and once down the stairs you are ‘on the beach’!

My wife Barbara and I have 3 children, son Tyler--daughter Ashley (Matt) and son Andrew (Abby). We have three grandchildren, Hunter 10, Colton 7, Fisher 3, and Reagan 6 months. We live in Mount Airy N.C. ( Mayberry -- Andy Griffith's home town ) We enjoy trips to the North Myrtle Beach 2 or 3 times a year. I have 2 careers, automotive sales at a GM and Subaru dealership in Mount Airy NC and I am also a insurance agent licensed in NC, SC, and Virginia.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
