For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the entry and exit point of our home is monitored by security device.

Noise Monitoring
We have noise monitoring in the living room. This is to ensure that the volume inside the house does not reach a level that would upset our awesome neighbors. The device can only monitor noise levels, it is not capable of recording audio.

No Party and No Smoking
No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM (enforced by the city).

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in additional fees.

We allow 1 small dog for a $25 fee.
Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats. For service animals, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
