As our valued guest, your rental includes one free ticket, per activity, per day to some of our favorite attractions including a Ghost Tour, Museum Tickets, Canoeing, and more! The Space:

This two-level condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably across multiple sleeping areas. The main floor bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, a work desk with chair, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo. The upstairs loft features a king bed and a connected full bathroom with oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and another smart TV. A half bathroom is located on the main floor. The living room centers around a fully remodeled wood fireplace, with a plush sofa and leather armchair for relaxing. The modern kitchen has all-black appliances, stone countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and is fully stocked with cookware and dining ware. Counter seating for 2 and a dining table for 4 make mealtime easy. The private balcony offers mountain views and a quiet spot to enjoy Oregon's fresh air. WiFi and streaming are available throughout. Community laundry facilities are on the first floor of the building. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the resort lot, with EV charging available onsite. This third-floor unit is accessible by stairs only. 🏔️ In winter, you're 10 minutes from Mt. Bachelor's ski runs and can enjoy the seasonal ice rink onsite. ☀️ In summer, head to Cascade Lakes for boating or float the Deschutes River right from the Old Mill District.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking for 4 vehicles maximum in the resort lot, with EV charging stations available onsite. AWD or 4WD is required during winter months for safe travel to and from Mt. Bachelor. The unit is on the third floor with stair access only. This is a private condo within Seventh Mountain Resort, not managed by the Wyndham front desk, but you have full access to all resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, playground, BBQ area, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, miniature golf, disc golf, and seasonal ice rink.



The Neighborhood:

You're within Seventh Mountain Resort, where pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, miniature golf, disc golf, a playground, and seasonal dining are all steps from your door. Widgi Creek Golf Club is less than 5 minutes away for a round surrounded by mountain views. Drive 10 minutes to the Old Mill District to shop and dine along the Deschutes River, where you can also rent tubes, kayaks, or paddleboards for a day on the water. Downtown Bend is 10 minutes away, home to Deschutes Brewery and dozens of taprooms on the Bend Ale Trail. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is a quick 10-minute drive for skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking. Hike into the Deschutes National Forest from nearby trailheads, or climb Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with panoramic views of the Cascades. The High Desert Museum is south of town with live wildlife exhibits and local history. Lava River Cave in Newberry National Volcanic Monument is a short drive for exploring a massive lava tube.



Getting Around:

Seventh Mountain Resort is located on Century Drive, the scenic highway leading to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 10 minutes west via Century Drive. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are both 10 minutes east on Century Drive and Highway 97. The resort is about 15 minutes from Bend Municipal Airport and 170 miles from Portland International Airport via Highway 97 and Highway 26. Widgi Creek Golf Club is 5 minutes down the road. Pilot Butte is a 15-minute drive into Bend. The High Desert Museum is 20 minutes south on Highway 97.

• This is a private condo within Seventh Mountain Resort, not managed by Wyndham; the front desk cannot provide towels or linens but can help book activities like horseback riding and rafting

• Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day; spa and hot tubs open year-round

• Firewood not provided but available for purchase in the registration building/lobby

• Property and balcony are non-smoking

• Quiet hours 10pm to 7am; please be respectful to neighbors

• No parties allowed
