Enjoy a brand new modern yet rustic 3 bedroom pool cabin located near the Arts and Crafts community and about 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park. Enjoy the indoor heated pool open and heated all year. Game Room, covered deck and outdoor wood burning firepit. 2 bedrooms with King beds and bunk room with 2 single bunks sleeping 4 guests - cabin sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Mountain Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a word paradise. The king size beds were wonderful and cozy. The pool and hot tub made for wonderful relaxation. The fire pit was a great spot for sweet moments. The game room was loads of fun. It was the perfect distance from all the local attractions and yet so quiet and peaceful. There were so many delicious restaurants within driving distance such as The Aamo Steakhouse and The Old Mill Restaurant both of which I highly recommend. The rental company was very good about checking on us and ensuring we were happy. I would use this company for our next Gatlinburg getaway.

Was able to watch bears outside almost every day!The only thing needed is maybe more hooks near the door to hang coats and such.

Just a couple little things: I was disappointed there was not cream or sugar for the coffee that was provided, and I also thought a few basic food stuffs like salt and pepper would have been nice. The thermostats' locations made it hard to control temperature in the bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay.

Was really clean, beds were comfy, we do wish there was a pool table like most of the cabins also wish their dresser drawers to put our cloths in instead of having to live out of our suitcase.

The property manager was amazing but when we stayed the cabin was not rent ready there was a ton of things wrong (The water didn’t work so we could not use the bathroom or shower) also there was a horrible smell thankfully they move us to another cabin

The cover for the Jacuzzi was damaged (bear)before we arrived and we were not comfortable using it. We did get a text when we arrived to alert us of that. Bed sheets were not of great quality which was disappointing. The full bath was on the upper Level and that would have been nice to know before we arrived. We enjoyed the visit and intend to book with your resort again next year.

Relaxing Stay

The kids loved the bunk room, game room, the fire pit, and the indoor pool. The open concept living and dining space was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The access to the driveway was a little difficult to maneuver at first, but we got used to it. There are only a few minor complaints. The hot tub water was a little dirty, the running water smelled like sulphur, and the upstairs closet was not accessible due to the placement of the tv. We were happy that we brought plenty of bottled water. The best part of this site is the breathtaking view of the landscape from the upstairs windows. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View with some Hiccups

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Alta Vista for a week. The view was amazing and the house was perfect for our family of 4. The drive in and out of the mountain wasn't bad, but would suggest brining a 4 Wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. Besides the house being great we had a major problem during our entire stay with an extraordinarily strong sewage smell coming from the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Maintenance came out four times to try and correct it; however, the smell continued to get worse and was unbelievably bad. I hope the problem gets fixed for anyone coming to stay in the future.
