This three-story townhouse offers the perfect blend of privacy and beachside convenience, just a few minutes walk from White Cap Beach. Nestled in an inviting community, The Beautiful Place keeps you close to the surf and sun while surrounding you with all the comforts of home.

Step outside to your own private yard and patio, a peaceful oasis to unwind after beach outings. Fire up the grill, pull up a seat at the picnic table, and let the sea breeze set the scene for al fresco meals and quiet evenings under the stars. There’s also a balcony off of the living area as well as a private balcony off of Bedroom 3 to give you even more ways to enjoy the fresh air.

The community pool is a destination in itself, with plenty of loungers for sunbathing and a play area that kids will love. When you’re ready to explore beyond the pool and patio, the beach awaits with endless activities, from swimming and sunbathing to local dining spots just around the corner.

With an open-concept design, the condo’s common areas are built for quality time. Picture your group gathering in the spacious living room, cozied up on the plush sofa for movie night, or sharing stories around the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for every culinary craving, from morning coffee to sunset BBQs, and the barstool seating adds a casual touch for quick snacks and conversations.

Further inside, your relaxation options only expand. With a game room complete with foosball, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a cozy TV setup, evenings here are all about fun. The sleep sofa and bunk bed make this space perfect for additional guests or kids’ sleepovers.

At day’s end, retreat to one of the four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, including three king suites, each with private bathrooms for ultimate comfort and convenience. A final queen guest room rounds out the sleeping arrangements, with plush bedding and a welcoming atmosphere for restful nights.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The kitchen and living area are located on the third floor of the townhome.
- The keys to the pool will be hanging on the refrigerator.

Parking Details:
- Parking for 2 vehicles is available in front, with additional parking in the back.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
