This home features two spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed.
Bedroom 1: A contemporary retreat with a Queen bed, perfect for relaxation. It also offers a dedicated workspace, complete with an adjustable desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and keyboard for your convenience.
Bedroom 2: A bright and inviting space with a Queen bed, plenty of natural light, and stylish modern decor, creating a cozy oasis for guests or family members.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is clean and fully stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE:
Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a full meal, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, featuring sleek countertops and modern appliances. The sun-drenched dining room offers the perfect setting for meals, with French doors that can be opened to bring in fresh air and scenic views of the yard or closed for a more intimate dining experience.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced backyard with comfortable seating, a dining area for 6, a BBQ grill, and string lights, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors at any time of day.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
The morning of check-in I will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
