Stay was excellent, three professional colleagues, first time traveling together. Amazing space individually and when we wanted to come together. Highly recommend- beds were incredibly comfortable. Stairs a bit steep up to two of the bedrooms, great master on ground floor though so colleague with some knee issues slept downstairs. Will absolutely stay again.

Wonderful property and property managers

The property was great, and it the managers were fantastic. Very clean with easy access, it was also well stocked. Appreciated the flexibility of the hosts as my travel was changing at the beginning and end of my stay.

We absolutely loved the place! It was very spacious and located in a great area where you can easily walk to fantastic restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all.

Great place for families.

Hosts were great. Communication was spot on. Check in and out process was easy. Location is great if you like to go out and eat without getting into a car. Grocery stores and major highways are couple mins away.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is amazing, with all the amenities. Susie was great and showed us all around the place when we we got there. They were also very accommodating to our fluctuating arrival time. Santana Row has lots of dining and shopping opportunities. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a very nice place. Perfect location for accessing the Santa Clara area.

A wonderful place and location. Jurgen was great to deal with and very accommodating. The place was not as well equipped with bath towels, bed pillows or kitchen essentials and needs to provide more than basic cable, especially during playoff time.

Maura, We are sorry to hear you found the property not as well equipped as you would have liked. If there was something in particular that you felt was missing from the kitchen we would have been happy to provide it during your stay as we live just down the hall. We also have enough pillows and towels for 10 guests and a supply closet in the upstairs bathroom that had extra towels in the event you needed more. The basic cable has been upgraded even though the apple TV has all of the sports viewing options. Thank you for being our guest and we hope you will consider our property again in the future. Best of the Bay

This 2nd floor, corner unit is perfect for anyone visiting Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or anywhere else in the Bay area. Spacious rooms, a huge private outdoor area, and located less than a 5 minute walk to dozens of shops and tasty restaurants. The assigned garage parking spot is a bonus and last but not least, the hosts are great and will make sure you get checked-in without any hassle and reply promptly to questions.

Beautiful!

A beautifully furnished condo in a great location! Having a master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs was the perfect setup for our family. The kitchen was furnished with whatever you might need including coffee/tea/creamer etc. We loved the large inviting outdoor patio!

super fun times on Santana row

The location made this stay unbelievable. My family with college students, husband and elderly mom all had things to do. The home had many niceties like a keurig, tv with access to Netflix, Amazon prime, plenty of blankets. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and informative. The seating was plenty including the deck, perhaps a bit old, but Still ok. Would come again

Great location and massive space!

This place was exactly as advertised and we loved it because of its central location. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin and so you could hear pretty much everything from outside. Once I slept with earplugs it was totally fine! Also, the check in process was more or less a walkthrough of the building but it was super helpful to do at the beginning of your stay because the building is a bit of a maze. Overall loved it!

Dog hair all over. Not clean. Did not stay. Left same day of arrival. No response to my complaints and it was a 4 week stay. Property manager very poor in responding.

This guest departed the property on the day of arrival without contacting us or providing any photos or evidence to support their claim. We were given no opportunity to inspect or address any concern. Their reservation blocked our calendar for nearly three months, and their refund request was made after departure and outside of our cancellation policy. Despite this, American Express unilaterally reversed the charges without requiring proof from the guest, offering no right to arbitration or fair review of the facts. Hosts should be aware of both this guest’s lack of communication and American Express’s one-sided dispute process, which can leave property owners with no recourse. We continue to maintain high standards of cleanliness, responsiveness, and professionalism backed by our long history of 5-star reviews.

Beautiful home/Beautiful location!

What a perfect place this was! A gorgeous 3 bedroom condo with an expansive outdoor terrace. Definite 'wow' factor!! We had everything we needed. Manager met us at the door, showed us around, and gave us the keys. Also includes a nice garaged parking space. And I can't say enough about the location. Santana Row is a beautiful upscale shopping and eating area. A great place to stroll around and enjoy the sights. Thank you so much to our hosts - we thoroughly enjoyed out stay!
